Great stay, the AP is exactly like the photos! Patricia and Dennis are super quick to help. The intention was to spend the night, but the kitchen is super complete for cooking. The condominium's convenience store facilitates small purchases. When we go to São Paulo again, we would stay there again.

Very well structured condominium. I went with my wife and 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter. In other AirBnbs with fewer leisure options for children, she ended up getting bored, but the facilities of this condominium are great. The apartment is excellent, exactly like the photos and description. Bruno is extremely accessible and communicates clearly. Certainly, if I return to SP and need accommodation in the region, I will stay here again.

I just loved the stay! The apartment is extremely organized and everything was impeccably clean. In addition, it is very fragrant, which already gives a super pleasant feeling upon arrival. The kitchen is super well equipped, with all the necessary utensils to prepare a good dinner - which was great for me. I used the barbecue and also took advantage of the jacuzzi, which are very easy to use and work perfectly. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I liked it a lot and I will definitely come back more often. I highly recommend it!

We are delighted with the hosting! The place is wonderful, very well cared for and exactly like in the pictures. We were super well received from the beginning. Renan is extremely attentive, flexible and always responded to our messages very quickly and sympathetically. We decided last minute to rent Marcella’s place and she was excellent in getting everything ready for us. Check-in was easy and the place was exactly as described. The restaurant downstairs came in handy. They had a great lunch buffet with lots of healthy options.

We stayed with 4 friends in the house and everyone loved the stay. The house is very complete, it has everything, super clean, good fireplace, good air conditioning, very good gourmet area for a night of pizza, drinks, fondue and etc... Great living room, bedroom, bathroom... The Host is super helpful, responds quickly, clears up all doubts, check-in and check-out all good, extremely clean and organized house... I will definitely be back

Ms. Ingrid who is the owner is an excellent person. Educated, attentive and with a lot of common sense. The place is excellent, the pool is large and with a good space for children. Myself and my family like it very much and we will definitely be back.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

We were in the family (14 people) all loved the place, exceeded our expectations and we were well accommodated in the distribution of the rooms. Great location, bakery, nearby markets. Wonderful view, quiet place. Marcelo always answered questions clearly and quickly.

The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

As always we had a wonderful stay and I like this place so much that I decided to celebrate my birthday in this enchanted chacara with 50 guests. Tods very well accommodated in the chacara and was only compliments. Tdos os chales are charming, clean, the reception by chris and regina could not be better. And very close to vinicola goes and tbm from the beginning of the wine route. Anyone who can have this experience is well worth it.

The apartment is great. I felt absolutely at home. As I like to cook, this point caught my attention , with this island for cooking, in the middle of the room. I would suggest having a few more utensils , such as a pyrex that can be taken to the oven, spoon to stir that does not spoil the teflon of the pots, a blender . The building has a very good security, which it does at the entrance and exit always the porters need to free us. I did not find this a problem, but rather interesting as security. The gym is super complete, the pools are beautiful. Itamar always responded very quickly. The little shops on the same street save everything, and the OXXO 24hs just outside the building. I will definitely return.

Apartment extremely well located, in a region with a wide range of restaurants. Maybe because it is on a high floor, the property is quiet and, what I thought vals highlight: it has blackout curtains, providing even more comfort for sleeping.

Sensational apartment. The beautiful landscape 😻 all neatly organized , clean and smelling towels, the wonderful shower. Everything in the photo is real. I loved it for sure I will be back again. The countryside is still better in person than in the picture. I'll be back, even more.

Very good place, very beautiful view and cozy room. Hostess Bia is very attentive and friendly. I went with my fiancée on Valentine's Day and when I arrived the room was decorated with hearts and music. We loved the stay!

Adriá was a wonderful host, she gave detailed guidelines, with videos and audio guiding on the entrance to the building, parking, leisure areas and even told us things to do in the surroundings. Everything was perfect!

New and modern building in the middle of the historic center. Excellent condominium, high view, penthouse, beautiful sauna and pool. Literally next to the subway, with transfers to the entire city. I loved being in the center, the region has the highest concentration of tourist spots in the city. Get a tourist map at the Cathedral, the list of options is huge. Next to the Municipal Theater, cafes from the last century such as Girondino and Martinelli, Liberdade fair, historic buildings. Cristiano is a super attentive and agile host. The region has a few more homeless people than other neighborhoods, but it is no less safe because of that. In fact, I heard from the Paulistas that the Centro is safer than other neighborhoods like Pinheiros, for example. I would definitely come back.
