Stunning cottage, very clean and tidy with a bonus of the hot tub which was easy enough to set up . Located in such a peaceful area with an easy and quick to drive into town.

Grace's house was a real treat! Nestled away in the trees overlooking the river made it feel so private and peaceful. The house itself was so cosy, clean and inviting but had plenty of space and different areas to relax. The grounds were amazing and the kids had a ball discovering the swings, hottub and reading shed. The whole place was magical and we were sad to leave. Grace was very responsive to any communication and made us feel so welcome. The house location was a great base for some of the stunning sights Donegal has to offer and we were very close to many beautiful sandy beaches. This house was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! We can't wait to come back, thanks so much Grace

was a lovely private spot, hassle free. didn't use the amenities but you would be happy enough chilling here for a quality private retreat

Absolutely stunning location, beautiful scenery and so private and peaceful. Excellent location for visiting the cliffs and beaches. The local pub offers great food and wonderful atmosphere. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly. Patrick was a very responsive host and easy to deal with.

Great place, great location and great host.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The space was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The wood-burning hot tub was a highlight—though it took about 2–3 hours of tending the fire to heat up, it was incredibly relaxing once ready. The surrounding ponds added a peaceful, scenic touch, and we really enjoyed walking around the area. Peter was a responsive and helpful host, especially when I accidentally left something behind—he kindly let me return to pick it up. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind, with nature right at our doorstep. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a real home away from home. Our host Mairead was fantastic— She made sure we had everything we needed and had the turf fire lit on our arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Donegal!

We had a lovely stay here at Audrey's cottage. We honestly can't fault anything. The place was spotless, had everything we needed. A shop, takeaway, pub, butchers, all in walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again in future. Very kind and helpful host. 10/10

Kathleen’s place is set in the most beautiful location with views of the mountains. The great big enclosed was perfect for our dog who didn’t want to leave it! Our break wasn’t long enough, so will definitely be back to explore more!

Just lovely wee place.. the fully fenced garden was brilliant for my dog, the garden is huge, the cottage was very cosy, very warm, bed comfortable, shower great. Noreen was a great communicative host and even supplied a ball for my dog!! Would not hesitate to recommend area, property and host... we had bad weather one day, a perfect excuse to just curl up and and indulge In the fabulous home, heat and a book!! Everything was as described, perfectly clean and everything you could want for a short or long stay!!

My family loved our stay at Ardcarne Lodge. Brian and his parents were helpful and welcoming, with lots of local recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, and the lodge itself was utterly charming. We also appreciated the fresh flowers, and the grocery essentials in the fridge. Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland!

We had such a nice time staying at the cottage. It was so peaceful, right in nature. Daragh was very kind and gave us a lift to the shops which was really nice. The cottage was perfect and felt very homely.

If you're looking for a traditional Irish country cottage, with plenty of space, and privacy, you won't go wrong with this. Margaret the host was fabulous from the moment it was booked and really couldn't have been more helpful. The cottage has everything you could possibly need, both indoors and outdoors and it was lovely to find some buns, milk, orange juice and water on arrival. A very nice touch. Thoroughly recommend the host and the cottage. Book with confidence - you won't regret it.

Everything at the cottage was as described. It's charming, comfortable (the beds are wonderfully good), secluded and very quiet, in elevated scenic surroundings. Clare was a responsive and helpful host. In nearby Ardara (5 min. drive, 20 min. walk) you should eat the fantastic local oysters and drink some of the Sliabh Liag whiskies and gin made at Ardara distillery. All served at Nancy's Bar. We had a delightful week's stay!

We loved our stay! The house is very well equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The view is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. The host was very kind and always responded promptly to our messages. We were very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend it!

This was one of the best Air b.n.b we stayed in during our tour of Ireland. Geraldine met us on our arrival. She was friendly and showed us through the cottage explaining how to use the appliances. A generous helping of food for breakfast was provided. The location was peaceful and quiet and had a beautiful view of Benbulbin.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. My toddler loved watching the sheep and there was a lot of space for him to play outside. The house was decorated beautifully and had all facilities we needed. Shona was a great host!

We arrived in torrential rain and were met by the owner who quickly ushered us into the house which was warm and cosy, explained where everything was and kindly left us a lovely cake and milk in the fridge to settle us in. The house is exactly as described, comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Great to be able to sit out on the decking with a glass of wine after our daily travels and enjoy the view, peace & quiet. The only thing we couldn't find was a hairdryer, not sure if there was supposed to be one but it didn't matter as we all had short hair!! Our hosts were very friendly and great to have a chat to about where we were planning on visiting etc. Lots of amazing places to visit and the most beautiful beaches, so lucky with the weather during our stay...the rain came back when were were leaving. Would highly recommend staying here :-)

We had a very restful night at Wendy's cottage on our route back home, after our road trip across the north coast. The place we spotless and very cosy, all 4 of us woke up feeling refreshed for the last leg of our trip. Thanks Wendy!

We had a brilliant stay 2 night stay in the Orchard Cottage (4 adults and 1 toddler), which acted as our base to spend time Fermanagh over Easter. Peaceful and quiet setting with cosy vibes inside it felt like being right at home. The welcome basket on arrival was a nice touch, and our 2 year olds response this morning for breakfast was, she wanted some ginger cake so it was definitely a hit! Brilliant cottage to unwind and would definitely recommend this place to others. Seamus and Eileen are great hosts!

The cottage was clean and tidy hughjohn arrived with a welcome pack which was great the area was so quite and the scenery was beautiful views off the sea and mountains a geat place for rest and relaxing and exploring will definitely be back

Had a great stay at Neil & Aileens place. Delightful cottage with beautiful views. 10 minutes from the fantastic Portnoo beach and 10 minutes from Ardara also. Place has everything you need for a great stay. Neil & Aileen great hosts. Hope to return over the coming months. Thanks guys!!

Very sweet space, and we loved learning more about the social housing and sustainability projects that Hearth are doing. The rural location was very quiet and peaceful, and it was relaxing to have some time without WiFi. Communication with Hearth was always prompt and friendly. Overall, we had a great stay!
