Great host. Independent unit behind the house providing very good privacy.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

The room was a very spacious and comfortable space!The host was very attentive, and I was able to stay with peace of mind.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

The house was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a group and easy access to central Paris through public transportation. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great affluent and well designed, new, very clean with nicely chosen decor and quality furniture/ equipment. Very quiet environment. Thomas is a thoughtful, available and responsive host. We feel expected and pampered. Honestly a product of exceptional value for money and we speak informed because we are large users of Abnb listings.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation! The apartment absolutely corresponds to the pictures, it has a cozy size and we were very happy about the existing coffee machine and the sandwich toaster:) The location is rather a bit outside, but in a totally beautiful and quiet neighborhood - the train station of the L line can be reached on foot in 5 min, so you can also quickly get to the center. The check-in/check-out was flexible and uncomplicated, Mongi always responded quickly and was very friendly. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Damien and his wife are great hosts. They were extremely flexible with me and my family, both when entering and leaving their homes. The house is very comfortable for 3-4 people, the amenities are very sufficient. It's a very clean house and the items are also very clean. It is a 3min walk to the M1 metro, which passes through the most historical places of Paris, and the neighborhood is very safe. Even though we returned home late, we were not concerned at all. We reached everywhere easily by metro. We also took advantage of the markets and restaurants around. It's really a pristine airbnb location where you can stay with lots of confidence. First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

I had a very good stay in Ghizlane's studio again. It is quiet, well-equipped, clean and convenient for getting to La Défense. Thanks to Ghizlane who is also a particularly responsive host!

Had a very nice stay at Vincent's! The contact was very pleasant. The apartment is fully equipped and is located in a quiet area with a supermarket around the corner. You cross the Seine within fifteen minutes and then enter a nice neighborhood with a large park. We found Uber to be well worth the money and reached the center of Paris in no time. The underground parking space is a bonus!

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.
