Cette maison modulable s'adapte à vos besoins, que vous voyagiez seul, en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Elle est également idéale pour les groupes de travailleurs en déplacement. We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our cottage. Guests can enjoy an independent garden and a (non-heated) swimming pool open in summer (end of May-beginning of September). With a capacity of 8 travelers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from Boulerie Jump).

Bus stop 30 m to Le Mans center. Coffee, tea, sugar, honey, oil available 2 nights minimum. All shops nearby.

La Tour de Touvoie- Gîte du Château de Touvoie

This cottage, completely renovated in 2022, is located within a character property, wooded and in a quiet environment. It is built on the ramparts of the old fortress of the 14th century, not far from the main house which dates from the 18th century. For a relaxing stay in the countryside, ideal for families! Only 20 minutes from Le Mans and the 24-hour circuit, many walks are accessible nearby, in the forest, or in the beautiful villages nearby.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. We invite you to enjoy the calm in the countryside 10 minutes from the highway exit, 20 minutes from the center of Le Mans and 25 minutes from the 24-hour circuit, 10 minutes from the European Horse Center, 20 minutes from Papéa Park. We'll be happy to host you in our outbuilding. "Our little house" is composed of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and living room in a wooded environment.
