We had a fantastic stay at Hervé's place! Hervé was an incredibly responsive host—our plans kept changing due to a flight cancellation, but he took all the stress out of the situation and was always quick to help us adjust. He made us feel very welcome from the start. The house is beautifully appointed, with top-notch amenities like a great pool, table tennis, and a basketball hoop—there was no chance of getting bored, yet it was also a wonderfully relaxing space. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram. We had a wonderful time—Merci for hosting us, Hervé! Highly recommended.

Logement décoré avec goût. Proche de toute commodité (épicerie, boulangerie, médecin,….) et à 5 minutes de l’autoroute (22 minutes de Montpellier). Les chambres ont toutes un coin dressing. Lits confortables. Il y a de la place pour déposer les valises. Le logement était très propre. Quartier très calme. Seul bémol : le garage ! Ou plutôt la ruelle qui fait qu’il est très difficile de rentrer la voiture (mais parking gratuit à quelques pas). Même si vous êtes qu’à 3, le logement est parfait. Rose est réactive via les messages. Même si je ne l’ai pas rencontrée, ça se voit que c’est une hôte très sympathique. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Nous étions une bande d’amis qui se rendions en visite chez des amis, habitant le même quartier. Nous avons de base choisi ce logement de par sa proximité avec eux. La villa était très bien spacieuse, agréable et conforme à la description. Tout s’est très bien passé. Nous y étions en hiver et malgré le mauvais temps dehors, la maison était très chaleureuse.

Super logement, très bien équipé, bonne literie, jacuzzi, terrasse sympa... Cyril est réactif pour échanger sur le logement. Un bon séjour dans ce logement sympathique

Super Schöne Unterkunft. In einem kleinen privaten Wald gelegen und direkt am Strand. Sehr ruhig, wunderschöner Garten mit Pool. Haus auch erstklassig. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Je recommande à 100000 % autant l’hôte que le logement. La villa est splendide et même plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Tout est fait et pensé pour passer un séjour de rêve. On reviendra sans hésiter pour profiter de ce petit paradis de luxe. À réserver sans hésiter. Merci pour ce séjour royal entre filles.

Nathalie et Pierre nous ont accueilli à bras ouverts, souriants, très sociables, sympathiques, courtois et polis, tout en étant discrets et à l’écoute, ce sont deux personnes absolument précieuses et pleines de bon sens qui font commencer un bon séjour. Un petit cadeau de bienvenu et un rapide mais complet tour de la maison. Ils nous ont en plus rendu quelques services dignes d’un service haut de gamme. La maison est déjà jolie sur les photos, et en réalité, elle est encore plus belle, l’agencement est de très bon goût et très qualitatif sans chichi superficiel type GiFi, les équipements absolument impeccables et irréprochables, on se sent tout de suite chez soi. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée et la piscine est juste géniale. 3 terrasses donc toujours un coin à l'ombre et un coin au soleil. Table extérieure sous pergola, tres pratique en été. Minuscule hic: 1% des usagers de la route doivent tirer leurs mécaniques en descendant du ralentisseur, c'est insupportable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lucie. Nous avons pu découvrir la petite ville de Loupian et ses alentours, notamment Sète qui est à 25 min en voiture. La maison est pleine de charme avec un environnement très calme. La chaleur n’a pas été un problème grâce à la clim et les ventilateurs à disposition. Nous recommandons à 100% cette belle maison, merci pour ce séjour.

Un endroit paisible, idéal pour se détendre. Le stationnement est facile, même avec un fourgon, ce qui est un vrai plus. Les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité, sans circulation à proximité. Le matin, pendant le petit-déjeuner, nous avions même la chance d’observer des lapins. Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c’est la gentillesse et la bienveillance des personnes autour de cette location. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Logement au calme avec un grand terrain. très paisible. les hôtes étaient accueillants et réactifs lorsque nécessaires. l'environnement calme mais a proximité de tout en 10 15 min max de voiture. idéal pour ne pas être saturé. On reviendra !

Här var det lätt att trivas. Vi blev personligen välkomnade av Gaëtan och fick rekommendationer utpekade på karta. Familjens katter besökte oss på terrassen och framför allt en av dem var väldigt kelig. Huset har ett lugnt och avskiljt läge. Tyvärr kunde vi inte sitta utomhus på kvällen på grund av myggor men vi njöt av att yoga ute i solen på morgonen istället.

J’ai vraiment passé un super séjour chez Betty et Serge. D’une gentillesse à toute épreuve, ils nous ont chaleureusement accueillis. Le studio est grand, confortable, extrêmement bien équipé, propre et très agréable. Literie confortable, tout est prévu pour vous faire plaisir. Vue sur deux magnifiques citronniers et la piscine. Lumineux. Agréable terrasse avec table et deux chaises langues. A 30 mn de Montpellier et entouré de jolis villages. Je recommande vivement 🙏😊

Nice little studio apartment, discreetly situated at the rear of the host's house and opening onto an amazingly large (compared with the street frontage) and peaceful garden. Very, very accommodating and helpful hosts. Interesting old village with narrow streets and many restaurants serving good local seafood. Free on-street parking: we got a space on the same street.

A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt! Da wir über Nacht mit zwei Kindern gefahren sind, waren wir morgens schon früh da. Das war für Silvere kein Problem. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Es war sogar schon Wasser, Milch und Frühstück etc vorhanden! Silvere hat uns alles sehr nett erklärt. Er war immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend! Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Gastgeber wünschen können! Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

And the winner is…….. after approx. 40 Airbnb houses in the last couple of years, this place is number one by far. The house had a head start as it is brand new but on top of this, it is beautiful situated, close to town but still very quiet and very, very well equipped. We have not found anything what you would like to have and was not there. Walking, biking, the area is great and a bakery, butcher and small shop around the corner. The shore a 40-minute drive. Ann is a darling, for sure 24/7 available if you need here but at the same time “invisable”, just great. An Airbnb rating of 5 is great! We however think it should be a 10. Please do go and experience yourself.

Lovely apartment with great attention to detail, well accessible by car. It was surprisingly spacious and extremely well equiped. We loved it and can definitely recommend! It's a more isolated village, but lots of nature and activities to do nearby

Francois et Lise sont des hôtes attentionnés et discrets . Leur maison est d'une propreté irréprochable, chaleureuse, dans un environnement tres calme, bien équipée et trés adaptée à une personne en fauteuil roulant. Le jardin, la piscine bordée d'oliviers, la terrasse sont un vrai havre de paix ! Merci, Francois et Lise, pour votre accueil si bienveillant. Je recommande sincèrement.
