La Berthusie is situated at the edge of Cussac a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve. Peaceful and spacious it can easily host a family of 8 and more if needed. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, fruit trees, a chestnut orchard and a lovely pond. The village supermarket is a short walking distance from the house and so are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square. The area offres Soft hills, Lakes, historical sites, walking trails.

Brive-la-Gaillarde (15 min), Gorges de la Vézère (20 min), Gouffre de la Fage (20 min), and the most beautiful villages in France: Aubazine and Turenne (25 min), St Robert and Collonges la Rouge (35 min).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located in the countryside between the woods and the fields at the end of a cul-de-sac road. Children and pets are safe. Walks in the forest and in the fields are just around the corner. You will feel like you are at the end of the world but it is misleading, our nearest town is 5 m away and we are also 5 m from the A20 motorway. The house is ideal for a stopover or for an extended stay.

A HOT TUB will be at your disposal on the terrace to cool off (outdoor HOT TUB from May to October). Animals are welcome. Remote work: Fiber optic The cottage is equipped (dishes, linen, baby equipment) Nearby: Hiking trails, lakes, rivers,... A deposit check will be required. Winter: €50 heating per week

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Porcelain factories & shops nearby. Prices have been saved the same as last year.
