Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* listed cottage. The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property with 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

the studio

Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

The Bidou

Studio created in semi-buried basement made of reclaimed materials and a new sofa bed and also a dry toilet for ecological purposes. Quiet thanks to its insulation despite a nearby railway. As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are of course welcome. However, we prefer that they do not remain alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We've put a lot of time and money into offering you a cozy little nest.

Countryside cottage with Jacuzzi

Chalet in the countryside. Take advantage of the tranquility of the place to relax in the hot tub and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. Chalet in a green setting with pond. Located 20 km from the town of Moret sur Loing and 27.9 km from Fontainebleau and its castle. 1.7 km from the house you will find a leisure and tree climbing park for large and small " jumping forest". Summer or winter you can have a good time in peace.

Places nearby: - Fontainebleau forest (climbing, hiking...) - A leisure park - Most famous castles of Seine-et-Marne (Fontainebleau, Vaux-le-Vicomte, Blandy-les-tours...) - Must see places to visit (Provins, Moret-sur-Loing, Barbizon...) Paris or Disneyland is ~1 hour away!

It is a central point between the cities of Fontainebleau, Melun, Provins and Sens. Paris is accessible by train in less than an hour. At the confluence of the Seine and the Yonne, enjoy walks along the waterfront. The city is also known for being the site of a Napoleonic battle.

This 38 m2 two-room apartment is located 5 minutes by car from the Rosa Bonheur Museum, 10 minutes from the famous Fontainebleau Castle, and 15 minutes from Moret-sur-Loing.

Charming stone outbuilding part of a typical Briarde farmhouse in the heart of the picturesque village of Mons in Montois. (The garden is shared with the main house.) 1 hour from Paris and 45 minutes from Disneyland and Fontainebleau, you can fully enjoy the outdoors: sun loungers and dining area. A tobacco bar and the smallest cinema in Ile de France is in the village: not to be missed!
