We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family getaway spacious, clean, and full of great amenities. Everyone had a great time enjoying the pool and all the games the house provided. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we made some unforgettable memories here. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure staying at Bevans the location was perfect. The home had all the amenities we needed the beds were very comfortable and the furniture as well. The host Bevan communicated very well and attended to all our needs without hesitation over overall we had a wonderful day and I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area.

This was our second stay, in a different but similarly equipped apartment. As before the apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained with good quality amenities all in working order and had everything you needed to comfortably settle in, a real plus after a long journey. Hosts are always responsive and friendly and run their apartments very professionally, with the safety and comfort of guests clearly a priority. Feels like a home from home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Firstly I must say the property was perfect for me and my family. It was secure and private. The swimming pool a very good size, the outside cooking area was brilliant and the space inside was HUGE. The house felt like a home really quickly. The space outside had great coverage from people who didn’t want to sit under the sun and was the space we used the most.

This was our first time here, a great place where we met with relatives from UK, Canada and Trinidad. Nikki was there for us all the way from booking to after end of stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Savi. You will be delighted to meet her as she took her time to show us around. Quite impressed with cleanliness and open concept for family gathering. Kitchen and laundry is well equipped with up to date appliances and conveniently located next to each other. Pool area is very beautiful with total privacy as there are no buildings nearby. We enjoyed our time here and looking forward to future visit.

Catherine’s place was just as described. She was extremly accomodating and her staff was very helpful. Her place is ideal for large groups and get-togethers. We felt right at home and would definitely reccommend.

Extraordinary still does not describe this place ... This is the nearest thing to perfection in life period you will experience ... the staff was tremendous , proactive in communications, friendly, informative ... The photos of the place does not do this justice ... it's like walking into a timeless museum of architectural excellence ... the rooms are incredible big ... all have their own bathrooms .. the master suite is like its own apartment and the main shower is to die for... Take your family here ...When I tell you this is worth the money, it's well worth the money... This is my go spot for a family getaway ... 20 stars out of 5 ... Thank you again Phil and Patricia ... The host was proactive with communication and quick response times. The location was in a safe area. Entire floor was available and spacious. Bathrooms had great water pressure. Space was clean and welcoming. There was adequate parking. Was pleasantly surprised on late check in host had some pizza. It's the lil things. Grateful to have stayed there and will be a repeat guest. Nice value. Resa thought about things a guest might appreciate on arrival. About 3-4 mins to food and about 6 mins to highway. Neighbors dogs are extra security and active!

Clean, well kept and ideal for weekend stays

I stayed with 4 of my other friends from college. The day we arrived the host had local snacks for us, as well as towels laid out neatly on the bed. The place was clean the ac worked perfectly. Everyone has space to sleep comfortably and we all get safe. Any questions we had our host was available with a quick response. They made us feel at home. I definitely plan to stay there again.
