Clean, quiet, tidy house in the Earlsdon district. The house has 2 floors, and I let one of the first floor room to guests which is accessed via the stairs. Free WiFi in the room. The house has central heating and laminated floors. A small garden set with outdoor chairs and tables to use if its not raining. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. Shared shower room & shared kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen . There are 3 public EV Charging points directly opposite the property.

This is a lovely self contained garden flat in the cool part of Coventry. Earlsdon Village is a short walk away. A little further is the beautiful Warwick Uni is a short bus ride away. The bus stop is at the end of the road; it takes just fifteen twelve minutes by car. Coventry City Centre is close by too as is the railway station.
