The apartment is new, renovated with taste and refinement. Perfect for two couples of friends and for a family with children. Accommodates up to seven people. The apartment consists of: large living room with sofa bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed; a beautiful large and bright kitchen with dining table overlooking the garden; a first double bedroom with air conditioning, overlooking the garden and equipped with a private bathroom with shower; a second double bedroom with air conditioning overlooking the internal courtyard. Here you will have the opportunity to relax when returning from your excursions to Florence, Fiesole and Settignano, Mugello and Chianti. Your furry friends are also welcome! Guests will have access to the apartment and the private garden reserved for them. My husband and I will be happy to welcome and assist you during your stay! In addition to the wonderful historic center of Florence, we recommend a tour of the interesting shopping streets for us citizens such as: Via Gioberti, Via Marconi, the shops and the market in the Cure district. We also suggest that you go up Via di San Domenico and reach Fiesole to visit the wonderful historic villas that are located along this hill; a path that will offer you unique landscapes and suggestions! We don't have private parking, but in front of the property, on Via di San Domenico, you'll find many free parking options available. In front of the apartment, you will also find bus stop no. 7 that will take you downtown in 15 minutes. Attention, for those coming without a car: there are no supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment, so we recommend buying what you need near the station (you will find numerous city markets).
