Me and my friends had a great stay at Victors place! It was super cosy and had everything we needed. We stayed in most of the time and cooked / ate together which we enjoyed a lot. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Overall would highly recommend!

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a **perfect home away from home**, especially with kids, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning! Beautiful place. Nicely decorated. Easy to check in. Fully equipped kitchen. Has a nice Nespresso machine. Heated flooring for toilet. Smeg kettle and knives. Includes Netflix on tv! Backyard has a nice lemon tree filled with lemons. Overall a beautiful place.

I took my two teen girls to Matt's Couple's Retreat in Cowes after they picked the Airbnb from a shortlist. We had a lovely stay of 4 nights in this recently renovated house. I was very impressed with the fully appointed kitchen, as the girls and I love to cook, and it was great to spend warm evenings under the outdoor pergola/bbq area. Being right in Cowes, the shops are within walking distance, as is the yacht club and beach at the end of the street. During our stay an all-day market was held along The Esplanade on the foreshore, there was a circus in town, pop-up art exhibition and carnival. These all drew huge crowds over the weekend, and it was quite noisy with traffic late into the evening. Thankfully for us, this eased off during the Monday and Tuesday of our stay, but we understand that our booking was for the height of the summer tourist season! Matt was checking in on us regularly by text and made himself available for all our needs. He's a wonderful host!

My children and grandchildren stayed in this homely property with us for the weekend. The location and house was absolutely perfect and Richard was extremely kind as we hired the house for a specific purpose. The view from the property is stunning, which is hard to see just how fabulous it is from the photos. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

We love coming to Phillip Island, but this has been one of our favourite stays. David was extremely easy to deal with, responsive and friendly. Made many great recommendations for things to do/places to see. Check in to check out was a smooth process and we would be more than happy to stay again. Thanks David !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything that Sorrento has to offer. The main street shops, restaurants and trendy hotels are merely 2 minutes walk away, not to mention the beach and ferry terminal. I highly recommend this property. Checking in was a breeze. Great place amazing location good use a little bit of a better price

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

We were after a place that was quiet with a bit of luxury and we had both with this beautiful accommodation within walking distance from the water. The property was super clean and had everything we needed including fresh bread, milk, bacon and eggs. Located perfectly away from the hustle of Cowes and more populated areas yet close enough to visit all areas of the Island within minutes. We even had visits from the local possums and wallaby. We did have a bit of trouble connecting to Netflix and it stopping but when we mentioned it Max had already organised for this to be looked at seeing it was meant to of been fixed a couple of weeks earlier. Still loved this place.

Joan’s cottage was like a home from home. It had everything you could need for day to day living. The bird theme running throughout the cottage was nice. Only 5 minute drive to Mornington town centre. We will definitely stay here again.

Ben was an amazing host, really kind, thoughtful and pro active in getting information to us before we even thought of it.

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

An exquisite property set in stunning scenery, immaculately clean, luxuriously furnished, extremely comfortable with thoughtful amenities and a personalized welcome, made this an unforgettable stay!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

I had an amazing stay at Annie's place. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and quick responses to any questions. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Philip Island.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
