Holiday rentals with a patio in Cowes

The place was very comfortable and extremely handy being close to everything. Sally was very obliging to all our requests. We would fully recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying there!

We stayed for couple of days and were provided with everything we wanted. We didn’t have to contact Grace, as all the instructions were provided beforehand. The view from bedroom and living room was breathtaking and that’s what you looking for during a staycation. House was very clean and tidy, situated in a great location closer to San Remo town centre. Thanks Grace for this lovely apartment.

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

Our stay was wonderful! Andi was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The environment was peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay and enjoy holidays right in the heart.of Philip Island. History was very responsive and location was 5 mins from beach and 10 mins walk from main commercial area. Will surely book again.

My kids and I had such a lovely stay here. The kids said it felt like they were at home :) So lovely to be able to walk for yummy coffee and a lovely time at a beautiful beach. There were so many amazing toys and things for the kids to do at the apartment. Thanks for the scooters and wetsuits! Thanks for having us Amy, we will be back again.

5/5 - Wonderful Stay We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place. The place is exactly as described. The location is perfect for someone who is into the peaceful sea. Phil is incredibly kind and responsive, always proactive to provide instructions and available to answer questions. We really appreciate the assistance Phil provided throughout the stay. If we thinking going to Cowes again, we will absolutely pick Phil’s place again and we do recommend this beautiful place to anyone who planning to visit Phillip Island. Thanks Phil for making our trip enjoyable!

The apartment was wonderful, warm and inviting to say the least. So clean and comfortable with lots of little touches to let you know they’ve gone that extra mile and are passionate about presentation and fulfilling their guest’s expectations. Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

Diane’s lovely old cottage by the sea was the perfect destination to escape to for a few days R & R. Easy check in with an offer of an earlier time and some yummy pantry and fridge treats….all much appreciated. Ideal location within a short stroll of the front beach, cafes & shops. Quiet street, very comfy bed, super efficient heating system in each room, great shower, Netflix and if wanted….amazing catering for kids with a tonne of games, books, DVD’s and toys for little ones! Thank you for providing a perfect few days to breathe in the salt air, enjoy long beach walks and to snuggle into your cozy home each evening Diane….I didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at Joanne’s place previously and loved our stay so much we couldn’t wait to come back, so we did! Our stay the second time around was just as blissful. Joanne’s home is beautiful, roomy, clean and with all the amenities you could need to be comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Joanne is always communicative and responsive. The location really is super special and the perfect spot for adventures and is amongst nature, but also only a short drive to dining and shops. Our kids have loved each stay and we’re looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future. Thanks again Joanne.

Perfect place for a short Phillip island stay. Walkable to Cowes central amenities and beach. There's also a small park with playground nearby for the kids. The property had great views as it seemed to be the only two storey house in its vicinity. The dual living space upstairs and downstairs was great to give the kids some privacy to play. Host was great too, very responsive, and was accommodating to requests.

The floor and furniture are super clean. The house is of a good size for small family. There are handrails on both sides of stairs, so it’s easy for small kids to climb up and down. Conveniently located close to the Main Street in Cowes. It would be better to provide more details and photos to guide check in.

Jessica's place was big and modern, with a balcony view of the ocean - about a 2 min walk to the sea, and lovely morning light. A short drive into Cowes, and a good base for a Philip island stay and visit to the penguins and blowhole... She was incredibly responsive and accomodating - which is not always the case with airbnb hosts , so I welcomed that. Thank-you! It would suit a larger group as the living space is grand. One thing I would consider about the three bedrooms downstairs is that the heating downstairs does not really stretch to all of the bedrooms, and the bedding provided was quite light. While perfect for Summer, the bedrooms did not have individual heating, so we were glad to have sleeping bags and spare blankets in our cars to stay warm. Overall, I'd love to come back with a group and have a great base for Summer, or anytime...

The Sandbar was an amazing place to stay. Great location with lovely beach views, spacious & well-presented inside, & beautiful lorikeet birds to feed on the balcony. Kath & Dean were great at communicating & such welcoming hosts. We highly recommend The Sandbar, it had everything we needed for an amazing stay & I would love to come back one day.

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

The space itself is absolutely lovely—charming, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. It felt like a true home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the space that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also fantastic—quiet, peaceful, and within walking distance of a playground, cafe and scenic spots. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We truly felt taken care of. The place was comfortable and cosy, easy to find and conveniently located. Karen was friendly and responsive, overall it is a lovely condo for anyone looking to stay in Mt Eliza for a few days.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
