Djamalan is the perfect off-grid luxury retreat, offering a serene escape for the whole family. The Snowy River frontage is beautiful, and we enjoyed spotting local wildlife, though we didn’t get to see any platypuses :-( .The location is ideal for exploring Kosciuszko National Park. The house has all the modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and comfortable bedrooms with stunning views. Djamalan is an eco-friendly, peaceful retreat that provides everything you need. Highly recommended for those looking to disconnect and enjoy a luxurious rural escape.

My family stayed at Sarah’s place over the Easter long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Specially during the sunrise time the lake and valley looked picturesque. To quote my 4 year old nephew, “this place is amazing”. Sarah was always responded to messages with great care and provided clear instructions to check in. She is indeed a super host.

This place was absolutely perfect—cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Everything was comfortable with warmth reflected in every decor detail. Emma was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure everything went smoothly. You can really tell she cares about creating a great experience. I didn’t want to leave and will definitely come back.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb — it was top notch from start to finish. The home was not only beautifully designed and immaculately clean, but also unbelievably comfortable, especially during the cooler weather. The heated floors were a dream, making the whole space feel cosy and luxurious. Add to that the heated towel racks, extra heaters, and the gorgeous fireplace that warms the entire house in no time, it honestly felt like stepping into a warm hug. Every detail was clearly thought out with guests’ comfort in mind. The kitchen was a standout ,it had absolutely everything you could ever imagine. From quality cookware to all the little extras you usually have to bring yourself, it made cooking a pleasure rather than a chore. Sam was equally fantastic — friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. We truly didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-equipped home away from home, this is it.

5 stars – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, from cozy bedding to a well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and attractions. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. A great little place to stay near the snow. We were allowed to drop our things in early on the way to ski fields. They also let us charge our electric vehicle from an outdoor power point. Very handy when only one charging station in Jindabyne was working! Alpacas were cute and some lovely birdlife around too.

Excellent cabin, had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive to all of my questions. Nice and cozy and warm with the air conditioning , extra blankets and having a fire pit under the starlight was very heartwarming. Great location, 8mins to the centre of Jindy. The lake is also walkable from your cabin which was quite picturesque.

Peter's apartment was exactly what we were hoping for - excellent location, quiet surroundings, warm, a well-equipment kitchen to self-cater and a fabulous sanctuary from which to explore with wonders of the Snowy Mountains just before the busy ski season. Peter and Vicki were excellent hosts - always responsive and friendly.

This Airbnb was one of the best decisions we made for our trip! We came to do the Mt. Kosciuszko hike and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—right in the heart of Jindabyne, close to everything we needed. The place had such wholesome, cozy cabin vibes that made it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of hiking. Super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. And honestly, the Wii was such a fun bonus—we had a blast playing in the evenings. Would 100% book again.

Was a great family stay with a beautiful view, would definitely come back

Place was fairly easy to baby-proof (we have a 1 yo), living area blocked off with the pram seat to prevent access to stairs, power points within child's reach was just 1, so adult supervision at all times anyway. View from the windows was stunning - we had a full moon that week so the mountain was visible even at night. House was cozy, doona was warm, loved having the heated floors in the bathroom!

The studio was perfect for our 3-night stay in Jindabyne. It's clear a lot of care and attention went into planning all the details. I daresay it looks better than the photos, and the outdoor deck leads to a fabulous garden. Clint was an excellent host, readily helped us out when we were in a tough spot and agreed for a late checkout. I'd recommend without hesitation, and we hope to be back in the warmer months to hike Mt. Kosciuszko.

We had such a lovely stay as a young family of five! The location was ideal—just a short drive to the snowfields, which made it super easy for some fun snow play with the kids. It was also really handy being close to restaurants and cafés—perfect for a warm drink or a relaxed family meal after a day out. Having Woolworths nearby was a real bonus too, especially for those last-minute nappy runs… and to pick up a night light we forgot to pack! The place itself was cosy, clean, and really well set up for families. There was plenty of space for everyone to unwind, and the heating kept us warm and comfortable. The kids felt right at home, and so did we. Such a great find—comfortable, convenient, and truly family-friendly. We’d definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at Luke’s Kunama townhouse and had an amazing experience. The place is warm and inviting, equipped with high-speed internet and all the amenities you could need. The beautiful views from the townhouse were a highlight of our trip. Luke was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. The townhouse was spotless and exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kunama. The property was near new and very clean. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The view over the lake was beautiful to wake up to everyday and the location was so peaceful. About an 8 min drive into Jindabyne, it gave us the best of both worlds.

nice stay, 3 barhroom is a plus for stay at jindy, especially when after ski 8 people stsrt fighting for shower. big super big living room which is also a plus.

Nice place with a beautiful view but a steep driveway

We had a fantastic stay at this clean, spacious, and well-equipped townhouse. The location was peaceful yet close to Jindabyne and the ski fields, making it a perfect base. Everything was comfortable and made for a relaxing trip. Some essentials ran a bit low during our stay, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Would definitely come back!
