It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath house on Long Lake/Phillips Chain of Lakes in Phillips, WI. Home has recently been remodeled and can be used for all 4 seasons. Finished basement includes add'l sleeping space (2 bunk beds, full bed on bottom with twin on top), washer/dryer along with a walk-out door to the lake. Patio, gas grill, firepit and dock. Excellent fishing, sandy lake frontage. In the winter, the home is located on the snowmobile trail. Large parking area for trailer or boats.
