Holiday rentals with a patio in Cremorne

We regularly attend shows and concerts & choose to stay over and support the Arts and Hospitality rather than drive straight home afterwards. We attended Les Miserables this time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our accommodation was comfortable, clean, well equipped and had parking included. Great location with easy access to public transport with everything within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and communication with hosts outstanding. It exceeded our expectations & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! We couldn’t have loved this place more and Adji was always so responsive and friendly, we actually ended up staying here for our whole duration in Melbourne as we loved it so much - which ended up being over two months. The location is great and the sunsets you get over the city skyline are incredible - thank you for a great stay!!

We loved staying at Ghery’s apartment. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable bed and great shower. Great location with many walkable food options. We would love to stay here again when we next come to Melbourne.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Hi Buzz, Both Jodi and I had a fantastic time spent at your place. The location worked really well for our time at the F1, and all the local restaurants, bar and Melbournes attractions etc The South Yarra area worked well for us. Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

We absolutely loved this place. Central to everything. Cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. Would highly recommend for a large group due to there being two units which gives plenty of privacy but everyone can come together. Our host was amazing and helped when needed. Highly recommend.

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

A lovely home, great hosts and location. A great location and base for exploring Melbourne with multiple coffee shops in close walking distance and a 10 minute stroll to Carlisle st with a Coles and cafes etc. We chose this accomodation as we used to live in the area and it was very central to our family and the wedding that we were in Melbourne for. We did hire a car as we needed to visit family daily and finding parking was never a big issue, however trams and a train station are close too. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had everything we needed as a family to enjoy a sunny, but very cold Melbourne. We had a lovely stay and look forward to next time.

Such a beautiful small home, so clean and bed linen immaculate. Beds so so comfy. Really felt safe, the street has elderly long term owners. Very quiet and safe area. I’m big on cleanliness and this was 10/10. Def staying again. Kitchen facilities brilliant, did all my cooking with good quality pots and utensils. Bathroom is awesome, love the view. Cant fault. Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

LOVED staying in Vanessa’s place - she was very responsive, the place was comfortable, spacious, stylish, and clean. Vanessa provided so much helpful local advice and information in a booklet, and the location couldn’t be beat. Thank you Vanessa!

Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

좋은 위치와 아주 깨끗하며 훌륭한 시티뷰를 보여주는 숙소였습니다 또한 Selina의 빠른 피드백이 좋았고, 늦은 체크아웃 배려에 여행에서의 에너지 충전에 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 모두 다 좋았습니다. 다만, 한가지 힘들었던점은 6월은 멜버른이 너무 춥다는 것입니다. 방에 히터가 잘 작동하지않아 (히터 작동 시 원인을 알 수 없는 큰 소음 지속 발생) 정말 많이 추웠습니다. 하지만, 이것은 날씨의 문제이므로 두꺼운 옷을 입는 등으로 충분히 극복할 수 있을 것입니다. 그외 모든 것들은 완벽했습니다. 다음 방문에도 Selina의 숙소를 선택하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.
