This apartment is ideal for a couple or a small (URL HIDDEN) is distant 270 m from the pebble beach and the very center of the small fisherman village. Apartment is situated on the first floor, with kitchen, bathrom, living room (air-condition, tv/sat), and a balcony with a beautiful wiew on the bay of Martinšćica.On the second floor there is a sleeping room with matrimonial and one extra bed for one person (also, with air-condition). On 44 m² + terrace you will find a bedroom, a kitchen with living room (with sofa bed 140x200) and bathroom /with a beautiful terrace - as well as private parking in front of the door (this is not always the case in Cres). The apartment is on the ground floor.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
