Beach condo holiday rentals in Crescent Beach

We have stayed at Ocean House going on 35 years and Megan's condo is by far our favorite! It is on the backside of the condominium but it is private, close to the washer and dryer and elevator, and you can see the ocean and the beautiful bay! It has also been very clean as well as simply decorated with plenty of amenities! We will definitely be back here!

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Enjoyed my stay at this cozy beachside condo! The bed is insanely comfortable and the balcony views were gorgeous! Loved the coffee bar area, such a nice touch! Our host was super helpful & responsive! We would definitely stay again!

Karen always responded very quickly from the time we inquired about her condo until we left. The condo was very comfortable and it was close to the pool and beach. It was well-stocked with everything you would need…from dishes to beach towels to a nice selection of children’s books! This is a perfect condo for a family! It’s close to many attractions St Augustine.

Glenn & Kelly’s place was even better than we excepted! Every square inch of this home was clean and spotless. The furniture is cozy and the lay out was perfect for the two of us and four teens. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were so clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table was big enough for games and fun! The walk to the beach was a breeze! You don’t need a wagon because there are a lot of stairs and I wouldn’t want my elderly parents to travel that route but parking on the beach looked like a very easy option. We will be back, Really great place!! Good job!!

This is our 4th year in a row to stay here and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! The location is perfect, the ocean view is stunning, and the condo is so clean and comfortable!

Apartment C was perfect for grandma, grandpa, kids and grandchildren. Size, amenities, and location couldn't be better. Restaurants and beach right around the corner. Wendy and team were very friendly and responded within minutes. Thank you, especially for early check-in. We hope to come back next year.

My family of 4 had a very enjoyable stay at Jillian's. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool area and tennis court. Its an easy walk to the beach for sunrises and easy walk to the dock to see sunsets. I loved that they also provided additional beach items such as a cooler, boogie board, chairs, and umbrella. Easy check in and out. I would definitely stay again in the future. We love this area and the condo was everything we needed and more.

This is a great location - easy walk onto the beach, as well as to Publix, coffee and restaurants. Once we parked, we never needed to drive again. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles (which we preferred), and is also dog friendly. The condo matched the description as well as the photos...it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - we didn't need it all, but it was well stocked. The host is very responsive to messages as well. It was a great stay and we'd visit again!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The condo was as described and matched the pictures. The hosts provided a new roll of paper towels, soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washer tablets. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking utensils you’d need. The hosts kindly provided a selection of K-Cup coffees, creamer, and a selection of teas. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. I slept well every night. The condo complex has it its own gated access to the beach. And as a mostly private beach, it was never crowded. You can walk for miles in both directions. It’s also close the St. Augustine public beach and pier. The hosts recommendations for restaurants were spot on. And they proactively checked in to make sure the stay was going well. I highly recommend this condo!

Very nice and clean place, easy and clear communication with the host. The location is quiet and across the street from the beach, which is a plus. Lots of restaurants down the strip along the beach. Need a car ride to get to the downtown area, but it’s not too far.

Ricardo was a great host and very responsive. The place was nicely appointed and looked like the pics. Good AC and it was quiet except The European Village was installing new balconies during our stay so there was morning noise but they got it done quickly and made it look nice. It’s nice to have good restaurants on premise and fun to sit on the balcony watching people down below.

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family vacation. The location was super convenient to the beach and an easy walk. The condo was exactly as described and very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very quick to respond! We hope to return in the future.

We had a blast. The view was nice and the quick walk to the beach was helpful with a 4 year old. The place does have stairs up to the entrance which was unexpected but not a big deal for us! It was quiet and we had no rough/rowdy neighbors.

Easiest 5 star review ever. Neil’s condo was simply amazing! Better than we expected and the location is excellent. The house was clean and well stocked, spacious, and big enough for our family of 10 to fit comfortably. Beds were cozy and there was plenty of extra linens and beach towels for all. The huge balcony was awesome and the walk to the beach was easy. We spent mornings by the resort style pool and afternoons with our toes in the sand. The beach does have large rocks by the waters edge which we didn’t love at first, but then once the tide went down it created tons of little tide pools for the kids to play in. We chased crabs, found shells, and soaked in the tide pools without a worry in the world. The rocks ended up being one of our favorite parts! Hands down one of the best places we’ve ever rented and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Neil for allowing us to stay in your home.

This was our first visit to the St Augustine area and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo choice was perfect.. from the flawless instructions making getting settled in quick and simple, to the cleanliness and attention to detail within…. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my family. Our stay was quiet, relaxing, everything we were looking for and so much more! Looking for things to do and see is no issue whatsoever. Historic St.Augustine is packed with museums, shopping, and food for everyone’s taste. Dani was a very attentive host and we will most certainly be back!

The condo is clean and spacious. It has a nicely stocked kitchen and had everything we needed for the stay. The grounds are well kept, easy access to beach and both pools were great. The one and only problem is you can only park two vehicles and we were not aware when booking and beach parking is very hard to come by. That was a terrible start to trip but other than that everything was perfect.

The condo was as described, very comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was very stocked, plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths. We enjoyed our stay. This will be on our list for future vacations. Thanks for sharing your home. The Byrnes and Summers family.

The condo was even nicer than expected - the pictures don't necessarily give an idea of just how spacious the place is with wide hallways and tall ceilings. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the sunrises are so pretty - you feel like you're on vacation with that view. All the bedrooms are private with good separation from one another. There is a pack-n-play and portable high chair available. The linens were very nice, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of beach gear in a separate storage area. The beach is such an easy walk from the condo. There are hidden rocks near the beach, so it wouldn't be great for body surfing or boogie boarding, but we have young kids so it was perfect for splashing in the waves. The pool amenities are a big plus. We would visit again!
