Renovated in 2019, you will have all the comforts necessary for a successful stay: large garden not overlooked and large terrace, children's playhouse, TV, internet, game room with pool table and foosball table, a closed area to store your bikes... everything for beautiful memories!

This place is my primary residence, so you'll find all the amenities you need. You will be quiet thanks to the configuration of the house that overlooks the garden while being in the heart of the city. Everything is in the immediate vicinity on foot.

Beautiful wooden terrace around the pool, dining area under the awning, lounge area, deckchairs and BBQ.

Garden cottage, quiet, bright, edge of Drôme

We live in a completely renovated house where we live on the 2nd floor. On your side, you can stay independently in an air-conditioned T1 of 30 m2, located on the garden level of our house. You will have a bedroom (bed 140x190), an independent kitchen, a bathroom (shower) and a toilet. All this overlooking the garden, in a peaceful environment, close to the banks of the Drome, 5 mins walk from the train station (train and bus) and the city center. Pets not allowed.

On the heights of Crest small medieval town, come and enjoy the sweetness of living. Face aux 3 Becs ,on a sunbed ,forget your worries . Our cottage designed to preserve your privacy has an independent entrance and has no vis-à-vis. It includes: 1 large living room with its built-in kitchen 1 spacious bedroom 1 shower room 1 large terrace . You will be a 10min walk to the city center and shops and 5 min to the tower. Close to hiking trails and the Drome.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

The house is located in a village (grocery store, tobacco/newstand, bread delivery, bar, etc.) 5 km from the medieval town of Crest, near the SNCF train station. Shopping district nearby: gas station, fast food, Fnac, etc. 8 km from the Jardin aux Oiseaux d'Upie, 5 km from the Drôme River, 20 km from the city of Valence. The house is air-conditioned and fully equipped. Bedroom with 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90.

The accommodation, an outbuilding attached to our residence, is a 28 m² stone maisonette fully renovated and housed in the middle of the fields.
