House of Figueira, a charismatic and modern house. We adapted the architecture to insert it in a natural and graceful way on the extremely sloping terrain, resulting in a duplex with the two rooms on the lower floor, both with a spectacular view of the sea, the island of São Jorge and a wonderful sunrise. Its sumptuous balcony that includes stone barbecue has an unobstructed and stunning view of the entire island of São Jorge, the beautiful canal and a garden.Upstairs, dazzle yourself again and enjoy a drink in lounge chairs or outdoor dining with unsurpassed views. The interior space, in open space style , is cozy and comfortable. As if that were not enough, there is an additional treat: on the left-hand side of the porch, a sunset like a Hollywood movie, so perfect that it looks like a mirage. About 4 km north from the city of Horta is Almoxarife Beach. In the "a moagem" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. It features traditional architecture, dating back to the beginning of the last century. At the mill, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, handicraft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.

Our restored fisherman’s cottage is located in the heart of Porto Pim, in the desired seaside parish of Horta. From the outside terrace you have a commanding view of the beautiful bay to your left and the bustle of the harbour to your right. The home is perched on the side of of Monte Queimado which forms one of the three natural reserves on Faial island, being part of the marine protected area Baía das Caldeirinhas.
