The apartment was really nicely presented and had everything you could need for a family stay. Lisa was great at communicating and the apartment guide was super helpful both for the property and the area. Being literally across the road from the beach was fantastic, sometimes we didn't even put our sandy shoes back on to get home! We chose this place because it suited our family of 3 (no stairs for our 1 year old) and after we'd moved all the ornaments out of reach it was perfect, although you could have happily had a much larger family there. Would stay here again!

Jon was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment is ideally located just a minute off the promenade. There are local shops just round the corner and we felt safe and comfortable. The flat is spacious and comfortable, well equipped and family & pet friendly. Our grandkids loved it so much, they asked if we could come back in the summer! Thanks Jon!

Without a doubt the best air bnb we’ve stayed in. Loved the layout, was well equipped with everything we needed. Was so peaceful & private too. Most definitely be going back. Can’t wait.

Amazing few days!! Place easy to find, clear instructions for check, had milk and some drinks waiting for us ;) Place had a heating on before we arrived so it was lovely and cosy. We unfortunately were not able to meet Jan and & Ian but they had their friend house sitting and she made was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is as described or even better, everything within walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay !

I had an amazing experience during my stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect — close to local attractions and convenient for getting around. House was lovely with every facility you could think of. Bed were extremely comfy with great bedding. Place was spotless. Answered all messages very promptly and politely. Only slight problem we had was they gave us the wrong code to the key box however this was sorted within minutes of us phoning.

Originally booked as a party of 6, but unfortunately my hubby & I had to pull out at the last min due to unforseen circumstances, the two remaining couples still went & they have nothing but high praise for Ty Jem, it was well equipped & was spotlessly clean throughout & the views from the master bedroom were amazing! We're gutted we didn't get to stay ourselves, but it's the perfect excuse to return. Our friends said they wouldn't hesitate in staying again as it was such a beautiful place & had ample room to accommodate everyone. Terry & Nikki were great hosts & were very understanding & sympathic towards us when I informed them that we were unable to go. Their communication was excellent & went above & beyond to make sure everything was in order before our friends arrival. Ty Jem is definitely a place we'll be booking again for two reasons. 1) Our friends loved the place & 2) My husband & I obviously missed out on staying at such a great place, so a return visit is definitely a MUST!

Lovely accommodation just outside Llanberis. Easy access to both shops and pubs (great local just 15min walk away with excellent food). Accommodation very clean and stocked with everything you would need for a lovely stay

This was the third year we have stayed here and, as previously, everything was straight-forward and worked very well. A great location for days on the beach and within easy walking distance of places to eat and the local pub. Ideal for our extended family with two young children and we will be looking to go again in the future. Host was friendly and accommodating, overall highly recommended.

From start to finish our stay was perfect. Relaxing setting for the adults and plenty to do around the area for the children. Our children loved the cows daily visit. The house was spotless with everything you could need. Check in and check out were stress free. Gwen and her husband are friendly and left us to it. Highly recommend for your visit to Wales! A beautifully presented holiday home. Perfect layout for two families to share with everything you need to hand. Very comfortable beds and lively and warm when you needed it to be. Antonia was quick to respond when we had a little hot tub query so we were able to enjoy the bubbles. A great place xxx

Such a lovely cottage. So relaxing and spotless. Our family feel right at home there. The decor is lovely. We checked out the new Aldi which is only 5 mins away. Spent time in Abersoch and llanbedrog both beautiful beaches. Adam is so helpful letting us stay an extra night and gets back to us right away. We’ll be back! It’s our second time staying x

We had a lovely stay in Clare’s apartment. We were visiting Snowdonia to climb in the mountains. Clare’s home was a 20 min drive, from the heart of mountains so was perfectly located for us. Clare was very kind and responsive. We had everything we needed for a cosy stay. We were able to cook dinner and relax on the lovely sofa after our long days. The bed was also soooo soft and comfortable - the bed linen felt very luxurious. Our stay was extremely good value too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hope to return!

Beautiful farm place in a lovely location. We stayed whilst doing the Wales360 on our motorbike. Tumble dryer was a dream with our clothes getting wet. Hosts were super helpful the morning we left in lending us some tools to do some motorbike maintenance. Would recommend!!!

Chris' place at Penmaenmawr in the Conwy area North Wales was so very lovely. I have used airbnb several times in the past and cleanliness is one of the top comments I look for. This place did not disappoint and may be the cleanest I have ever booked. The view is SO AWESOME, and the beds were very comfortable. The close proximity of the highway made it easy to get around. The cleanliness is so sparkling! I cannot say enough. Would love to stay here again.

Alyson is a friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay in her lovely apartment. It is so convenient for shops, restraunts, train station and seafront, all are in easy walking distance. Gated parking for added security.

We had a wonderful family stay at this lovely Airbnb! The place was cosy, clean, and had everything we needed — from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal for us as a family. The Welsh Mountain Zoo was just 5 minutes away, which my daughter absolutely loved, and Llandudno beach wasn’t far either — perfect for a day out in the fresh sea air. It was also nice and quiet in the evenings, which made it easy to relax after busy days exploring. Check-in was smooth and the host was friendly and helpful throughout. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy, convenient family getaway in North Wales!

The apartment is in an absolute beautiful location overlooking the Menai Straights and around a 10 minute drive from Bangor. The Menai Straights are literally across the road! The view from lounge and bedroom of the apartment is just stunning. The apartment is finished in a clean modern style and is well equipped. Rebecca is very helpful, quick to respond to any queries and has left plenty of information for local attractions and things to do in the area. There are plenty of places to visit and lots to do. The local pub is only a few steps away and the food when we went was first class. Definitely worth a visit. There is plenty of on street parking outside the property. We didn't have any problems getting a space. We will definitely be interested in staying there again.

Lovely place and amazing beach so close and a lovely coffee shop as well
