Located close to restaurants, one with a bread depot at the bottom of the residence in season Quiet and secure residence. Great for a stay for couples or groups of friends: 2 people maximum. Nearby towns: Dieppe, Le Tréport, Mers-les-Bains. Leclerc 10 min drive and supermarkets nearby. Laundromat nearby as well.

Half-timbered house comprising: On the ground floor: a main room with open kitchen, dining room with wood-burning stove, wood provided, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom. Enclosed and private garden with deckchairs and garden furniture, barbecue. Secure parking in the yard for cars. Secure garage possible for 2 motorcycles. We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
