House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

I provide you with a new 50m² accommodation adjoining my house, but totally independent. You can take advantage of the family heated swimming pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
