V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

The house is located in the center of Metlika, near the museum, church, bus station and shopping center. It is 1 km to the river Kolpa and the crossing to Croatia. Parking is possible. The first floor of the house for guests includes a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom with WC. From the living room it is possible to go to the balcony with a beautiful view of the city and Gorjanci. The apartment is heated. The fee is paid separately 1.8 euros per night and per person.

Cottage includes a large space for socializing, a children's bedroom with two beds and a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen. When you book you are alone, no other guest or owners in cottage. There are many cycling routes, places to try local food and entertainment nearby. It is possible to rent bicycles and canoes. All our guests receive a welcome drink.

You can go swimming to the river Kolpa, go around with our car exploring beautiful Bela Krajina or go hiking to different places around Metlika.

The Vineyard cottage Zajc has three floors. On the lower floor there is a wine cellar where guests can serve homemade wine. The living area comprises two floors. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms for 4 people. There is also an extra bed - a cot. On the second floor there is a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a living room with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and household appliances to ensure a comfortable stay.
