Robinson house Falcon's nest

For all those who love the beauty of nature and want to spend their vacation enjoying the benefits it provides and be disturbed only by the chirping of birds and wind noise, we are pleased to offer you a stone Robinson-style house in an olive grove. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

This modern seaside villa is located by a pretty bay in the picturesque seaside village of Razanj. Lying within a 35 minute drive of Split airport along Croatia’s Northern and Central Dalmatia region, this conveniently located property offers guests easy access to all that the region has to offer in addition to being an excellent spot to spend a holiday relaxing by the sea. The villa is approached through the village of Razanj by road to the parking lot next to the villa.

Ljubica Cottage

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

Casa Monteriol in the middle of the vineyard

Small, cosy and secluded house located in the village of Kranceti (1 kilometre from Motovun), suitable for four people. The house it's perfect for couples, families, and individuals who seek soothing, healthy and active experience. There is a private swimming pool with a stunning view of Motovun and an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for breakfasts or romantic dinners.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.

Peacefull family cottage

Ideal family house in the nature for recharging your batteries, there are numerous vine roads, walking and biking tracks, and for those more adventures a horseback riding club and motocross track. House is a 30 minute ride from Zagreb and a 5 minute ride from Jastrebarsko if you wish to go to town.
