This detached self-catering house is decorated in African style with a stunning swimming pool (depth 1.6m+martini seat) integrated in the "stoep" (veranda). Attached is an outside (tree) shower and of course a large african braai and firepit. The House also has a Back Up system to help through the dark hours of Loadshedding in SA. Beautiful, comfortable home, every bit as lovely as the photos. Really well equipped and the master bed is really comfy. The big bonus for us was the reserve itself and the position on the reserve. We received daily visits from the local wildlife but always felt safe. We are already planning our next stay!

Simply magnificent, we had the experience of a lifetime for us Swissies at Ebony House. It’s spacious, clean without too much „schnickschnak“ and quiet. We only heard the Lioness roaring before bedtime and Elefants walking past while eating on the porch. Mjejane Game reserve is beautiful and Jared is just the BEST!

Beautiful place, looks better than the pictures. Close to the supermarket, water park and other places. We had a battery issue with the car and the Field security assisted us free of charge as Lylanie is a client. It’s a pity we got sick on the first night and didn’t get to enjoy the place as much but would definitely recommend

What an amazing place to stay! We had the most wonderful time watching game walking right past our porch while the children swam in the pool. We even saw buffalo and hippos from the pool that were grazing across from the house on the river bank. The hosts were so kind and helpful. They communicated well and made us feel right at home. We really hope to return again one day.

My siblings and i absolutely loved Simone's place. The house is beautiful spacious and the decor was simple and classy. We absolutely loved the visits from the animals throughout the day. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling to Marloth Park. The host is friendly and very responsive.
