The Hide - off-grid-ish woodland cabin near NC500

The Hide is a super get-away for anyone travelling around Scotland on the NC500 or on your own adventure looking for a unique stay. Almost off-grid, it has a comfy bed, central woodburner and spectacular view. It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! Mid Nov - Mar we have a winter mode as the water can freeze.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Luxury self-catering log cabin at Assich Zen Lodge

Designed as a playful cross between a Zen tea house and Highland hunting lodge, Assich Zen Lodge is a luxury log cabin with Zen garden, created within the grounds - and using many of the stones - of an ancient ruined byre. Hillhaven Lodge

Hillhaven Lodge is an addition to the already well established Hillhaven B&B. The lodge is a luxury, purpose built wooden cabin with full facilities including a Hydrotherapy Hot Tub and wood burning stove. Located 20 minutes from Inverness and the NC500, just outside the village of Fortrose. Local attractions include dolphin watching at Chanonry point, Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club, Eathie fossils, several world famous distilleries and breweries and only 30mins from Loch Ness!

Viewmount Cottage is set against a beautiful backdrop of the Black Isle woodland. Offering fabulous views of Munlochy bay, Inverness and on a good day as far as the cairngorm. Take it easy and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway in a woodland setting in the Highlands of Scotland, only 5 minutes from the NC500 route. Close by local amenities are available in the towns of Alness and Invergordon a short 10 minute drive away (shops, restaurants, leisure centre, golf course, fishing etc). We are also a 25 minute drive from Inverness. This brand new dog friendly (maximum 2 dogs) location with outdoor space has quiet forestry walks on the doorstep.

The Coach House at Manse House

Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome. Clematis Cottage is ideal for visits to Fortrose, the Black Isle and a good base for Inverness which is just 15mins drive away. It offers comfort, peace and quiet in a newly renovated character cottage with log burner and private garden less than 200m from the beach and harbour, centrally located with restaurants, bars, shops and cafes just a short walk away. Close to the golf course, Chanonry Point, beach, harbour and other tourist attractions.
