Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Nice ground floor unit in a quiet small block located minutes from the main precinct beaches and the esplanade. There is NO parking in the lane but free on-street parking and it's a flat 5-minute walk from the train station. The unit has Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella for your use. I've added a high chair and travel cot. There is a mattress topper, in case you find the mattress too firm. I prefer long term stays, and there are discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

Suburban Beachfront private guesthouse with car space. Airport is 17.5km or 30mins in good traffic. 300m opposite Greenhills Beach. Various entry points, some easier than others. Bedroom 2 has ducted air cond via the main house. Keep at 23 degrees on hot days. Fan and heater is available.
