The Historic Masbury Station Signal Box, originally built in 1874 has now been sympathetically restored and converted to create an idyllic, remote getaway. A quiet luxury getaway

The Cider House is a converted barn tucked away in the village of Pilton, Somerset. It is a large airy and light space. It has a private courtyard and garden, 24 hour under floor heating and hot water. There is a top quality superking bed, excellent for having sleeps in, with hand pressed sheets. To augment heat there's a wood burning stove. We supply and lay a first fire for you with enough logs to get it going after which you can purchase a sack of seasoned logs from us for £10.00 a bag.

Lakeside Barn, Woodford Farm - Wells, Somerset

Lakeside Barn is a newly refurbished luxury modern one bedroom barn conversion. It has retained it's original charming features such as high ceilings and beams. Lakeside Barn consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which leads onto spacious double bedroom and modern stylish bathroom. The floor is tiled throughout with cosy underfloor heating. Surrounding the barn there is a large patio area overlooking our beautiful lake with stunning panoramic views of the Somerset countryside.

Picturesque cottage in the heart of Somerset

Our cottage, set in the grounds of our home, is close to the cities of Bath and Wells as well as Bristol airport, Castle Cary station, Glastonbury, Bath and West show, Babington House and several schools including Downside, All Hallows , Wells Cathedral and Millfield . We are situated on the edge of the Mendip hills just a walk away. The cottage is full of character and laid out over three floors. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Self-contained hideaway flat in the heart of Wells

The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

The West House is the recently renovated self-contained wing (1/3) of a beautiful Somerset Rectory with use of its own private walled garden. The cottage offers luxury accommodation for families & friends or can be used as a retreat for people working away from home. It has a good sized ground floor with a large kitchen/dining area, 2 bedrooms on each of the 1st and 2nd floors, is within walking distance of Wells & is close to Glastonbury, Street, Bruton, Frome & Bath.
