By the New Forest and Ringwood, our little annexe on the side of our home, a 19th century cottage. With its own entrance the annexe consists of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room with a stylish living area including fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and small dining table. The sitting room sofa folds out to a small double bed. French doors lead out to a patio which connects the property to our own home at the rear. The forest entrance is 5 minute drive & seaside 15minutes.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

We’d love to welcome you to our cosy self contained Annexe adjacent to our 19th Century cottage. The Annexe benefits from its own parking, private entrance, patio, garden and views over adjacent fields - perfect for wildlife or star gazing on a clear night. Festoon lighting and a chimnea provide the perfect setting for relaxing outside in the evening. Or in the winter months the brand new log burner should keep you cosy. The Annexe contains everything you could need for a cosy break away.

Detached garden studio with independent entrance, perfect to remain isolated! Double en-suite room in a cul-de-sac with a rural outlook. Deers can often be seen in the field if you are an early bird. The tiny house is 3 minutes level walk to Ringwood Town Centre, Ringwood Parish Church and Doulos Training as well as all the shops, bars and restaurants. Public transport from the town centre to Bournemouth, London etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Coachmans Cottage

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away, and from here you can take the Ferry to Southampton. There is a pub 200 mtrs away called The Travellers Rest

Red Oak Barn within the New Forest National Park

Our barn is unique, rustic and quirky, being made from recycled materials, resulting in a homely atmosphere. We’re at the western side of the National Park. Access to/from London is very good. Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.

Our townhouse cottage 'Lilypad Cottage' is conveniently located near to the main high street, the River Avon and Bickerley Green, with access to walking and biking trails (locked storage for bikes available). Explore our charming town and its local shops, restaurants a stroll away, or perhaps take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach or into the heart of the New Forest. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.
