Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Mushroom Meadow Camping (PITCH 8)

A simple, "wild" campsite for those wishing to get away from the trappings of modern day living, whilst situated in an amazingly central Cornish location. Our facilities include composting toilets, hot showers, large communal fire pits with seating (in the meadow and woods) and free fire wood which you can collect with the wheelbarrow from our dedicated wood piles. We have an ancient woodland with trails to explore and search for deer tracks along the river which forms our border!
