Lakeside believer at 7 Lakes Country Park

JonathanRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Lovely place, very clean, great location. The cabin had the most amenities of any place we have ever stayed. lots of little touches to make it a lovely stay. The wildlife on the lake was captivating. The cabin was spacious, warm, homely, comfortable and directly overlooked the lake. The massive clubhouse just a short walk away. Lots of walks around the lakes. Trish was a great host with excellent, helpful communication. Highly recommended!

The Piggery @ No 14

GaynorRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed for one night with our dog before heading to Lincoln antique fair for work. The Piggery was a perfect stopover; tastefully renovated, with a great kitchen and space to relax.

1 Bedroom Budget Apartment in Central Doncaster

SiddharthRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The apartment is in one the most happening place of Doncaster, everything is within 2-5 minutes walking distance pubs, grocery stores, Frenchgate, coach and railway station. Kitchen is well equipped and view from the window is good too. Only negatives are lack of cupboards to store clothes and since it's a road facing flat there can be a lot of disturbance specially on weekends. Overall the stay was comfortable.

Static Caravan, 38 Sunset View.

ChristopherRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lovely clean caravan with no passing traffic on the edge of a large well maintained site. It was very quiet apart from the occasional rumbling of trains! The walks (with the dog) were lovely and there's plenty of wildlife to enjoy. The bar and restaurant were very nice and family friendly. The other facilities on site were limited - you could do watersports on 1 lake but we didn't see anyone on there. Fishing was popular. The local shops are small and have limited ranges - there is a large supermarket about 15 mins drive away in Scunthorpe. We enjoyed watersports at Hatfield, the trolley bus museum at Sandtoft and Normanby Hall near Scunthorpe - all local. We missed the day for the Crowle Peatland railway. There are plenty of things to do further afield with Cleethorpes & Lincoln about 40 minutes away by car and Sheffield (via Meadowhall) & York (via Selby) about an hour away by car/ train. Finally the communication from the owners was great - thanks - we had a lovely holiday.
