Holiday rentals with a patio in Cruz Bay

Place is beautiful, and peaceful. definitely will come back. We arrived early which she was kind to let us do the check in earlier than 4pm. Place was very clean. You will need a rental if staying here because its up hills and no sidewalks. Beautiful views alll around. Perfect stay for 2 people

Kim was amazing. Greeted us with a basket of goodies, gave great recommendations and let us know everything we needed to know about our stay there even down to details like putting sugar water on the balcony and you will see a little. yellow and black bird come for it…and it did! The unit had everything we needed. It was close to good restaurants. It was very peaceful. The balcony had a great breeze. We spent early mornings outside with coffee watching the birds and iguanas up in the trees. We saw a doe grazing on the property from up there too in the afternoon. Aiming to go back in the fall!

We visited St. John for the first time and are so glad that we stayed with them. They were so helpful with recommendations for where to go and rental places. The place was clean and spacious. It was great meeting Bridget, Michael and their family - highly recommend anyone who is visiting St. John!

My stay was lovely! A very utilitarian home base to venture out from and explore the lovely island. Hosts were very responsive and kind!

I would highly recommend this condo. While it is extremely difficult to maintain properties in the Caribbean due to salt and humidity, Brett’s condo unit shows no signs of this. The view is wonderful whether you’re on the balcony, looking out from the bedroom or even from the shower.

In every way, The Flamingo House exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure, combining luxury with the laid-back vibe of island life. I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough! If you're looking for an amazing getaway in St. John, The Flamingo House should be at the top of your list. We can't wait to return!

This place was nestled in a lovely backdrop of trees and it was extremely private: no one could see us from any angle so we really enjoyed the pool. And there were so many other lovely little extras included in the condo. It was very clean: I didn't see a single bug anywhere so they have very good pest control. The bed was comfy and cozy. There was an air conditioner and each of the two rooms and a nice overhead fan in each room as well. The TV was huge and "smart". We loved watching the birds dart in and out of the trees while we watched movies in the aftrnoons. There was good cookware in the kitchen. I loved the shower; It was very roomy and comfortable with a handheld shower nozzle. There were plugs on BOTH sides of the bed for charging. One caveat though: if you have a very bad knee, this may not be the spot for you because it was a long hillous walk from parking to our unit. There was a closer parking spot but it looked sketchy. Everything felt very safe otherwise.

I loved Thomas’s place. Everything was super clean and organized. We felt right at home. I’m gonna return again with my family soon!

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

If you find yourself in St. John and want a beautiful secluded space with a great view, do not hesitate to stay here! The road getting up to it is extremely steep so if that is hard for you, that would be the only issue. Our jeep made the climb up and down no problem, but it was the steepest road I have ever been on! Other than that, the space is perfect for your homebase. I highly recommend Coffee on the porch for sunrise before your adventure of the day. A great clean space that just feels good to be in.

La Sirena is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The location is private which was perfect for us. Eileen was helpful and answered all of my questions! Few tips she had was to rent a car from St. Thomas, get groceries in St. Thomas (very important if you want variety and to save some money), local beach recommendations, etc! Definitely recommend future guests to follow those tips! The kitchen was stocked with most things a person needs to cook with. La Sirena had storage containers for left overs, a toaster, a blender, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, microwave, grill & grill utensils, coolers for the beach, ice packs, etc! WiFi was great! AT&T did get service at the house, but I did loose reception on the way to the house. The Salt Pond Beach was our favorite place to go! It was absolutely beautiful and the crowd was few (especially compared to the North side). I’m confident anyone would find La Sirena as an awesome place to relax and enjoy the island!

This house was perfect! The view off the deck is totally stunning...sunrise, sunset, crystal blue waters, rolling hills of the East End of St John and even a full rainbow one afternoon! We spent a lot of time out there. The house was very comfortable, great big comfy couch, beds were nice and linens great and lots of pillows. The kitchen was very well appointed, big and fun to cook in with the counter and chairs for others to keep you company. The frig is huge and the ice maker was crucial. The laundry room was so convenient downstairs. The location was wonderful--near many amazing beaches and hikes, historic areas and local eateries. Quiet and peaceful but with plenty to do. Overall we LOVED staying here!

If you're looking for a get away with an amazing view this is the place to be. You feel right at home, at peace and you won't feel like leaving once you arrive. Had an amazing time, and will definitely be back.

Viewtiful lived up to its name. Sunsets, sunrises, sunny days, cloudy days – each hour brought new delights. We never tired gazing from our mountaintop abode. The house itself is wonderfully equipped and laid out. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook many meals. The living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and also afforded lovely views. And the hot tub and pool were most refreshing. The many guidebooks and maps were quite useful as we planned our island adventure. The joys of the house itself were surpassed only by the friendliness, efficiency, competence, and availability of our host, Mary-Eileen and her ever helpful husband, David. Mary-Eileen met us in Cruz Bay and led us to the house, explained and showed us everything, made great recommendations, and kept in touch and responded quickly to any and all queries we had. She is an exemplary host and truly enhanced our holiday. She made a wonderful trip even better than we could have possibly expected.

Michael and Jenny were above and beyond the best hosts we have had from AirBnB. From the beautiful location, amazing recommendations, and easy going demeanor you couldn’t ask for more. Everything about the description is accurate and you can expect the view to be even better in person. They also provided a detailed cottage guide that clearly stated guest expectations and provided amazing recommendations for beaches/restaurants/groceries/etc.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at Casa Carolina. It was our first trip to St. John and truthfully this villa offered one of the best views on the island right from the deck. Whether reading a book under the shaded area or floating around in the pool, you cannot help but feel a sense of peace and tranquility. We really enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife (white donkeys, iguanas, goats, deer) this side of the island offers. Keep in mind that Coral Bay is not the side of the island with the iconic white sandy beaches and aquamarine water. You will have to drive about 15 mins to get to the North Shore beaches and Cruz Bay where most of the shopping and restaurants are located. Also, the villa’s kitchen and living area is separated from the downstairs bedrooms by an outdoor staircase. This was not a huge deal for us, but I guess could be for some. We thought it was nice to not have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

We had an amazing time at Aubrey’s condo! It was everything we needed and more! The view was amazing and we could walk everywhere easily! The beach, restaurants and shops are just a quick and easy 5-10 minute walk down a hill! Taxis were super easy to get into the town too! It was a great location and we had so much fun! The condo was super clean and we felt right at home! Thank you so so much Aubrey! We will definitely be back :)

You will not be disappointed here! The space is private, clean, easy to access, and has everything needed for a quality stay. The patio allows for a beautiful view and is very peaceful, and the pool is a great spot to relax and look toward the ocean. It’s close enough to restaurants, beaches, and other activities to be convenient and just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet away from everything. Arial is also extremely thorough in her directions and offers many great recommendations for your stay. Highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I as well as our 9 month old came to visit St. Thomas for the first time and this was the perfect place to be. Kristin had a pack and play ready for our baby to use along with additional sheets and blankets. It was super clean and had a lot of amenities such as abundant kitchen utensils/pots/pans, beach chairs, beach toys, parking for the car we rented, and of course, super close access to the beach. The view from the condo is amazing. We had rain unfortunately but the view was sill stunning. Kristin was very easy to communicate with and she sent us a list of recommendations nearby as well as the cruise ship schedule which allowed us to see which beaches may be crowded at those times. There are restaurants on site as well as a gift shop and coffee shop. All other attractions and cities are within a short drive from Sapphire Beach which was awesome. We got to go to Carnival nights… so much fun!!

David was an awesome host/owner. He always checked in via email so he didn't interrupt anything and always wanted to ensure the stay was going as planned or better. Communication process was solid, consistent and responsive. Thanks David for a wonderful stay.

amazing location and condo! much more spacious than the photos show and fit me and my three friends perfectly. on site restaurants were amazing and very convenient. private beach was great, we spent a lot of time there! communication with brandon was very easy and we had a wonderful stay. Absolutely would stay again!

Matt is a great host. very responsive, place is clean and good Location. This was our 2nd time staying at Matt’s, definitely will be back.

This is a perfect place for any solo traveler or couple looking to be close to the beach. The condo is an easy 5 minute walk to sapphire beach, where there is also a few restaurants and a cute boutique. There is also a taxi stand nearby as well, so if you’re relying on taxis, you won’t have an issue finding one. Jennifer’s place was very clean and comfortable. The a/c unit worked well and the unit had everything I needed. Towels, beach chairs, toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. Jennifer was a great host and I would stay here again.
