It's a studio apartment facing the river, in a thousand-meter park. Ten minutes from Capilla. Very easy access to the river and buses. It's not shared, but we live nearby for whatever you need. It has a well-equipped kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, Android TV, refrigerator, kitchen with oven, gas stove, fan, spar, water heater, sheets and towels; outside there is a barbecue, armchair, chairs and table, Paraguayan hammocks and covered garage. We are a small neighborhood of friends with beautiful Superadobe houses, surrounded by nature, mine was finished building in 2024. Our guests can enjoy a warm house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the mountains. They will feel in the middle of the countryside but only a 5-minute drive from the village. If they want to enjoy a pleasant walk, they will arrive in 15 minutes surrounded by flowers and wild trees and on the way back they can see the sunset behind the mountains.
