We are a small neighborhood of friends with beautiful Superadobe houses, surrounded by nature, mine was finished building in 2024. Our guests can enjoy a warm house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the mountains. They will feel in the middle of the countryside but only a 5-minute drive from the village. If they want to enjoy a pleasant walk, they will arrive in 15 minutes surrounded by flowers and wild trees and on the way back they can see the sunset behind the mountains.

We are located 4 blocks from Route 38 and about 12 blocks from downtown, so we have the combination of silence and accessibility .

It is located on a hill, which allows a view of Cerro Uritorco, unique in Capilla del Monte. Inside it has all the comforts, from a television, WiFi with a very good signal, modern bathrooms, with a shower. In high season, only bookings for a minimum of 4 guests are accepted.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Cabaña del Tío Tin is a family venture of two cabins located on the grounds of our house. It has space to park the car, independent entrance and each has a grill available for use, next to the pool. Tranquility is the main feature of this area near the mountains.
