A restored house with all the comforts you need for a wonderful retreat and/or get-together with family and friends. This house is located in an old abandoned village near the river with a beautiful little beach. If you enjoy being in contact with nature, this is the ideal place; you can find otters, many varieties of birds, etc. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. The pool is shared with another house. Meals are available upon request.

Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

The apartment has one balcony to the front of the building and another one to the back. It also has AC in all main areas - bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishes washing machine, wash and drier clothes machine, fridge, microwaves, coffee machine, etc.
