Over all, the place is nice and as described in the photos. Upon check-inn, we were strictly informed that the owner does not allow guest, specially massage services, which we do not even intend to avail. the however, we are on a vacation in our province and part of it is to meet our relatives. Considering the hidden location of the place, the least we could do is to accept 1 or 2 visiting relatives to entertain even just for a short 30 mins, but the unit owner forbids guests. Had we known from the beginning, we wouldnt have stayed in that place. The other units being rented by the Twin Hearts mgt accept gusest in the building which seemed unfair to us. Anyway, its done, but I dont think we'll be coming back. Nonetheless, the unit, in general had a hotel-like vibe and design. That part, we really liked. Also, the neighboring unit is being constructed and we were disturbed by the hammering and noise of the carpenters for 3 days starting at 7AM in the morning..

Hats off to Ma'am Judith for being so responsive, attentive, accomodating and kind host. The care take also named JK is very approachable and helpful. The place is very recommendable and you wont regret! Malapit sa lahat so you can go around. Hope to be back again in roxas city and in this place. Again thank you Ma'am Judith.

We have been enjoying our stay here. The location is right in the centre of Kalibo, but the apartment blocks out the noise from the street. One great thing is that the laundry shop is just across the street. Highly recommended place to stay.
