Difícil encontrar palavras para descrever a hospitalidade de Luci e Jorge, que nos receberam. Nos deram muitas dicas, nos explicaram quais eram os lugares mais interessantes e como chegar, nos ajudaram com tudo o que precisamos e providenciaram um ótimo passeio a El Nicho. Foram ótimos e fizeram com que amássemos a cidade ainda mais. O café da manhã é farto e delicioso. Pode faltar luz em Cienfuegos durante algumas horas do dia, mas eles possuem um gerador, que assegura o funcionamento do ventilador, aliviando muito o calor, e permite carregar celulares; e luzes recarregáveis, de modo que tudo fica bem mesmo na falta de luz. A cama é muito confortável e o chuveiro é bom. A casa fica bem na esquina do Malecón, dá para ver o mar da varanda, que é muito agradável. Fica a uns dez minutos de caminhada da praça principal e do Boulevard. Uma ótima localização.

Mi estancia fue maravillosa. Aileen se encarga de todo lo que necesitas para tener una buena experiencia. Siempre está atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. ¡Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar!

Javier's place is clean and had all of the amenities we needed during our 4 night stay. The building's condition was average in the developing neighborhood of Vedado that's very close to the Malecon with spectacular sunsets. There are delicious restaurants in a walkable distance, and the Caribbean Sea can be seen to the left and Revolutionary Square to the right from the skyline balcony. Javier's team of hosts, tour guides, and taxi drivers took care of us throughout our stay, especially Eduardo who took us on a day trips to Old Havana, Saturn Cave, Mantanzas, and Veradado Beach. Great people and location in Havana!

Want to thank the hosts and staffs Tami, Tay, Maria and Betico for all the help and making us feel so comfortable and welcoming. Tay for helping with money exchange, WiFi, recommendations for places to eat, places to visit and all the informations. Most importantly taxi to and from airport. Maria for shopping and making us breakfast days we needed and asked for. Betico for bringing our heavy luggages up to our apt at arrival and down when we left. Thank you also to the staffs family Sonia, Junior and Magdolis, feasting, eating, drinking and dancing with us one night as we hosted lunch/dinner and them cleaning up the house after. It was so great meeting you all, getting to know you and feel like La Familia during our stay. Everyone in the neighborhood we’ve met, talk to too, we hope you use and enjoy the gifts, meals, spices, medicines and more. Mateo não vive em Cuba, mas desde o começo foi proativo na comunicação. Ele também indicou Yoandy e Karol, casal extremamente simpático que vive no apartamento no andar de baixo do airbnb e nos ajuda com o que precisarmos. Indicaram táxi para nos buscar no aeroporto, fizeram câmbio de pesos cubanos (em uma taxa 340/dólar), deram recomendações de onde comer na região, onde comprar água e ainda ajudaram com um problema na descarga de um dos banheiros que tivemos. Eles fizeram toda a diferença na experiência. O apartamento cumpre com a descrição e está em um lugar estratégico em Habana Vieja, pudemos ir a pé aos principais pontos sem gastar muitos minutos. As ruas de todo o bairro são escuras à noite, mas não nos sentimentos inseguros ao andar em grupo. O wi-fi funcionou todos os dias e nos disseram que o apartamento fica em uma parte de Havana que não tem apagões nunca.

La casa estuvo bella nos dejaron entrar antes de nuestra hora y pudimos dejar las maletas la atención dejaron todos en la casa fue perfecta , la casa está bien equipada tiene todo lo de la cocina, la zona de la piscina es un sueño tiene para hacer su barbacoa una lavadora automática y todo en el patio Mi familia y yo nos sentimos con en casa muchas gracias

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O atendimento foi incrível desde o início, sempre com respostas rápidas, completas e que nos ajudaram. O apartamento é confortável, tem ar condicionado no quarto, fica próximo de cafés, restaurantes, praças bastante conhecidas, centrinho de Havana. E o ponto alto foi a Leysa, que ajudou em absolutamente TUDO que precisamos e de uma maneira super gentil. Como era nossa primeira vez em Cuba, não conhecíamos algumas dinâmicas do local, como alguns locais para compras, troca de dinheiro etc. Recomendo demais esse apartamento!

Great accommodations. Host was very responsive, allowed for flexible check in, and gave clear instructions. They provide snacks and refreshments, at a cost, which was nice to have available and can be billed through Airbnb. Few restaurants downstairs, centrally located to explore Havana.

hermoso apartamento la limpieza, decoración y la comodidad son exelentes, se valora más cuando vez las dificultades que tienen y Hugo estuvo siempre muy pendienteincluso incluso nos dejó una botella de agua en la nevera que fue un plus cuando llegamos 🤗 sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí, queda muy cerca del capitolio y de diferentes lugares de interés, PD hay muchas necesidades si pueden llevar medicamentos( como para migrañas, antiácidos,antigripales etc) que les puedan servir a los viajeros mientras esten en cuba y luego regalarlos antes de salir de cuba será de perfecta ayuda🙏

Marcia is an amazing host, extremely friendly and responsive. The apartment amenities and decoration are top-notch, and you will find that it is better than described in the ad. It is located in the heart of Vedado.

Ev iyi, tek sorun ev sahibinin çok ayrıntılı tariflerle bunaltması, kilidin nasıl açılıp kilitlendiğini, sifonun nasılçalıştığını, klimanın nasıl çalıştığını, vantilatörün nasıl açıldığını anlatmaya gerek olmadığını düşünüyorum. Evin temizliği konumu rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Ev sahiplerinin ilgisi biraz bunaltıcıydı.

El alojamiento se encuentra muy cerca del capitolio y ya sea de día o de noche tiene una vista espectacular desde la terraza, el wifi es bastante bueno y toda la casa tiene aire acondicionado, sin duda es un alojamiento genial, el único detalle es que hay que subir muchas escaleras pero realmente vale la pena este alojamiento.

La casa de Pepe y su hijo es increíble. Está extremadamente limpio, bien diseñado y muy bien equipado. Fue una estancia muy agradable. Pepe está inmediatamente disponible cuando se le llama por su nombre. Gracias Pepe, te deseo lo mejor a ti y a tu familia.

Although the art is not to my taste (super dark: dismembered crucifix on black feathers, eyeballs glued to the bathroom wall with dismembered baby dolls, cat man on a couch, weird African masks and figurines inside metal wrought iron cage, etc) , the space was convenient and very clean. Yari was amazing and made an awesome breakfast every day. The WiFi was fast (for Cuba) and the location is convenient. The downside is being directly on plaza vieja, you are subject to random noise in the square. Saturday night there was a group with really loud blaring music until 3:30am, then a drunk group of 7-8 young people at the fountain singing until 5:30am. Just like any major city square, it has its pluses and minuses.

One of the best stays I’ve had in central Cuba. This property was top tier and had the right Wi-Fi speed for work. The rooms were well cleaned and comfy. Thanks to my Host for making sure my stay was “Home away from home”. I will be back!

Esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo en la casa de Helen y lo volvería a hacer sin dudas. La casa es muy linda, con una hermosa vista al mar y los dueños son muy hospitalarios.

I'll be going back. I tried two different apartments they have listed... right next door to each other. both are great. private and very secure. Can't wait to go back! Volveré. Words are not enough to express our gratitude for the experience we had in this beautiful apartment! The apartment itself gorgeous, very spacious and extremely well decorated. We loved every detail! There were terraces and views in every direction! Breakfast on the terrace upstairs every morning was delicious and stunning! And pool was wonderful for our tired bodies and feet that danced all day and night. And July, our host was absolutely the best!!!! He was so sweet, helpful and accommodating!! We will be back for sure!!

One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!
