Holiday rentals with beach access in Cudjoe Key

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

The place is exactly as it’s shown on the listing! Super cute and quaint! It’s got a cute deck to people watch from when you need a moment to relax from all the fun of being in the middle of duval! And Tom was a great host! Super friendly and very easy to reach when needed. Will definitely book with him next time we visit!

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

The Condo was spacious, beautiful, well furnished, very clean and the location was perfect. Henry was great to work with. We rented a golf cart and traveled almost everywhere in Key West by golf cart.

We (two couples) enjoyed a great week here. Being on the canal was nice, outside sitting spots were great. The house had plenty of cooking supplies needed. Was a tad bit smaller than I expexted, but worked out just fine. Remember to bring your shampoo, body wash etc as it's not provided. Comfortable and bright, was quiet even with boats going by. Would definitely stay here again!

Danielle was a wonderful host, and her place was absolutely beautiful. Great location, and the biggest plus was that they offered convenient items on property for use at the beach, kayaking in the bay, and just clean fun while taking an easy day around the house. We had everything we needed plus more while there. I would certainly consider staying there my next trip to the keys. Marathon Key was my favorite, anyway. 10/10 recommend this property.

Jack was a great host…very quick to respond. The location couldn’t have been better! Walkable to Duvall St with the great shops, restaurants and nightlife but just far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. Would stay again! Thank you, Jack!

This Airbnb was their perfect getaway for the weekend! The beach and pool were very private and made it feel very peaceful and relaxing. 100% would recommend this getaway to anyone!

If I could rate this stay a 20, I would. We came across the listing last June, after wanting to try something different on our annual trip to Marathon. It looked perfect for our family. What I didn’t expect when we arrived on April 16, 2025, was to be blown away. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is STUNNING. I felt like we were walking in/staying at a brand new house as the very first guests. The colors, the furnishings, the level of coziness brought to this luxury beach house was unmatched. The towels (bath and beach) were plush and soft. Pool speakers. The bar! I mean everything. The kitchen was stocked with what you need - high end gadgets, utensils that actually work, and every pot and pan (organized). Immaculately cleaned. And then the views. Holy guacamole. My dad parked himself on the main floor deck and didn’t move for seven days. Airbnb was right- RARE FIND. Amanda - you are the hostiest host in the world. Your communication was 💯. Can I say that the pictures don’t?? It is literally paradise and I can’t wait till I can come back. The location is like a dream, the place was spotless and the decorations only add to the vacation vibes, and the amenities on site are even more than I imagined. Impossible to get bored, but if I was, that’s where I’d want to be!

We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. This home was everything we expected and more. Stunning location with absolute privacy. The extra long dock was amazing, the pool was fantastic, and the grounds were meticulous. It’s literally your own private resort. Roman, the host, was very quick with communication. He and his wife actually met us when we checked in to see if we had any questions and provided us with an arrival gift. If you have looked at the listing and are thinking of renting it, do it. You will not be disappointed at all. Excellent value all around.

This home is even more than the pictures show! It is an extraordinary home for people who love the sun, shade, beach, and the beautiful home just makes it a luxurious vacation. I could not find one aspect I didn’t love.❤️

We had a great stay at Loretta’s place. The location offered a good jumping off point to explore the keys. The beach nearby along with canal access and kayaks was a huge plus. The garden area was nice though the mosquitos were intense. The place accommodated our group of 7 ppl well and everything was clean and well furnished. Overall, the place worked great for our group and we’d stay again!

We had an amazing family weekend here! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed. The ping pong table, video games, and sail kayaks were huge hits with the whole family. We also rented a boat, and having a private dock made that experience seamless and unforgettable. The location was quiet, safe, and perfect for quality time—cozy enough to relax, yet close to everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. For all the amenities and the exceptional condition of the property, the price was a fantastic value. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but this one stands out as one of the best. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The house was clean and a great option for traveling as a large group. It was away from the bustle of Key West, but still easy to get around, and the restaurants nearby are delicious.

Right next to Duval Street, easily walkable to major attractions, restaurants, bars.. Host was super responsive, friendly, and really worked with us on anything we needed.. Great place!

The place was perfect. The patio views were amazing to just sit and watch the sunset. The marina across the street was very convenient to launch our boat from. Very peaceful location. Angler and ale restaurant across the street was delicious

We had an amazing few days to disconnect. The resort exceeded my expectations - the property is on a private beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, primitive shower to rinse off, a decent size pool, and tall coconut palm trees. So dreamy! The property is very clean, staff is friendly. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen essentials like plates, cups, silverware, pots, etc. We are definitely coming back!

Traci’s condo was great in every way! Everything was very clean and the view was amazing. We could enjoy watching the turquoise water and swaying palm trees from almost every room – both bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, or relaxing on the large balcony. Some of the furniture is different in the photos, but my group agrees it is even better now than what you see. Having our own parking space in the garage was much appreciated, too. Traci responded quickly; clear check-in instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

The listing says no dryer, but there is one. A big plus was the covered balcony, so we could sit out even in the rain. Well appointed and comfortable stay.

Enjoyed our time at Chris’s place. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well furnished. Wonder if an air purifier might help as a few of our allergies kicked in when we were inside. All in all a great vacation

Our first time visiting the Keys and Celia’s place made it wonderful! Located in a very nice, quiet, and safe community her condo is like new and so well cared for. Perfect size for our two couples. The decor and furniture is very nice, bright and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday and the private beach was nice for a more natural experience. The furnished patio had a great view of the pool and ocean. Celia is a wonderful host! Very helpful and a great communicator.
