The apartment is 45 m² and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a large room with a 1.50 m double bed, a sofa bed, a fireplace, a 50" Smart TV, and a private Jacuzzi, creating a cozy and functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and basic condiments. The apartment has heating, a heat pump, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. In addition, upon request, a crib can be provided at no additional cost. The room includes a free private parking space. Guests also have access to the complex's common areas, shared with the other seven apartments: an outdoor pool, a barbecue area, and an outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings during their stay.

The house features a private swimming pool and patio. Inside, the double-height dining area is the heart of the home, connecting the living room and the kitchen. On the ground floor, there is also 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and 1 full bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a 180 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a mezzanine, open to the living room, with an additional 135 cm bed. The mezzanine is accessed via a staircase that is not suitable for children under 7 years old. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom.
