Holiday rentals with breakfast in Cuenca

Paco is a SUPER HOST with a capital letter, go and check it out for yourself. Regarding the accommodation, it is an old house, very well maintained and clean, with all the amenities and located in the old town of Cuenca, the neighborhood is very well located, beautiful and with easy parking. Recommended in every way.

I was 3 days with my son, the house was taken care of, nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, very nice dressed, with some nice mantites to the touch. The living room and bedroom had natural light. The area is very close to the historic center, 15 minutes from the cathedral and the paleontological museum, with the river promenade when leaving the house. We were lucky to park, because we didn't see much room in the area. To pick up and leave the keys there is a lockbox, making it easy to get in and out, no need to wait for anyone. When we arrived they were finished cleaning the house, with everything picked up and details. We had everything we needed to make coffee, cook or take a shower. The only thing that failed was the internet, and we didn't know how to put the TV channels, but Luis sent a technician to help us right away. Communication was always on the Airbnb channel, replying Luis quickly.

Everything was perfect, the house with a lot of charm, cozy and very clean room, and the treatment from Maria phenomenal. Thank you!!

A stay of light and shadow. The apartment is great, everything is very well cared for and spotless. Very comfortable beds and unbeatable heating. What I can't talk about is the parking on their premises as the listing puts it since in our case we did not enjoy it, according to the hostess due to an issue with the community was unavailable. I'm sorry that the little relationship with her had become "cordial" since in the few hours from when I made an inquiry to the end of my reservation, the price of the apartment went up and I pointed it out as a detail that I found quite ugly. The apartment is phenomenal in all aspects, I think it is one of the best I have stayed in. It is a pleasure to find places with that cleanliness and so well cared for; totally recommended.

Great location, close to restaurants where you absolutely do not suffer from noise. Everything is easy to walk, right in front of the apartment starts a nice walking path to the bridge or down,we were there in May so fully enjoyed the beautiful camino de flores . Nice apartment because you have a parking space and can still sit outside on a private terrace. Fabulous!

The breathtaking view immediately exiting the home never gets old whether it's in the morning, with the sun highlighting the curves of the cliffside, or, at night, with the lights twinkling across the ridge, a nod to times of past. We were returning to Cuenca for 10 days after living there and wanted to live at the top of the castle. Ruben's place worked perfectly for us. Parking is free and easy (the only place in downtown Cuenca near a free lot); the home is in excellent condition (clean with all of the necessary amenities for a family); the check-in was easy (Ruben checked in on us part way through our trip); and the price competitive for what you get (between location, home, amenities, services, etc). Highly recommend.

Both Francisco and his wife were very friendly and always willing to resolve any concerns. The apartment is very complete and with everything you need to be well in it.

The apartment is as described, we felt it was very good with just a short walk to the historic centre and downturn also easily reached on foot. The garage is not took far away but a steep walk with lots of steps to and from the apartment. Juan meet us, we were delayed as the only access from the direction we came was blocked by a marathon. Juan was very helpful as was his son and we thank them. Good apartment good location good hosts. Thank you.
