House holiday rentals in Cumberland County

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was definitely dated but the new bathrooms were great. We are low maintenance and I can tell they are working to fix the place up. The views are hard to beat and the accommodations were perfect. They gave us unlimited ice which was super cool. Very nice grill that came in handy more than once. Highly recommend this stay for any golf trips to the Dale Hollow State Park course, about 20 mins away. One of the coolest courses in the state of KY. The lake itself is beautiful as well. We rented a pontoon from Sunset marina about 40 mins away. We’ll likely come back!

Whoever designed & outfitted this house did it right. Simply beautiful inside & out. We would return in a heartbeat.

I loved the surroundings. I wanted to enjoy the tranquility of a peaceful space and environment. This was what I was looking for. If you are looking for something that is near what you are visiting for, but far from the grind of everyday. You will enjoy visiting. Thank you for your quick responses and the hospitality that every host should strive to be. A beautiful area and a wonderful property.

Really nice place to host a large group. There is plenty to do with the amenities and close proximity of the marina. The house is beautiful. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!! Miranda was very responsive to all requests!! We appreciate her hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The surrounding land was absolutely stunning—peaceful, spacious, and perfect for exploring or just relaxing. There was more than enough room for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was incredibly comfortable, with cozy furniture and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The kids especially loved the swimming, and the adults appreciated all the thoughtful amenities provided. Everything we needed was there, and then some! It was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway!

We had an amazing week! The house was a great place to come back to and relax after a fun day exploring and being on the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We utilized the trail to the lake and boy was it a a hike. The kids went down to fish and wore themselves out on the way back! When you have a group our size with lots of age ranges it can be so difficult to find something for everyone. This was perfect for all ages! We cannot thank our hosts enough for such a wonderful space.

Both the house and hosts were amazing! The place looked great online but was even better in person. It was evident that so many things were very well thought out. It was also much closer to the river than I envisioned. The view from the patio was lovely. We used all the bedrooms and brought a cot to turn the upstairs reading loft into another sleeping space. There was also plenty of space to have used the cot in the downstairs game area. The dining table seats six, but we brought a card table with us to extend it to make more room. There were plenty of folding chairs and a bench to use for extra seating. The patio had a picnic table and several seating options. The downstairs patio had at least 10 comfy stackable chairs. There is no TV on site, but we had a small projector that connected to a cell phone that we were able to display on one of the large walls in the basement. We used the patio chairs to make our own theater seating.

We had an incredible time with a party of 4 from Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN. House was charming and cozy. We ate dinner and listened to the live music at the dock on Friday night. We woke up on Saturday, made breakfast/coffee and enjoyed seeing the family of rabbits graze by the beautiful landscaping. Very peaceful! Had everything we needed after being on the lake all day. We loved the shaded back porch and talked out there all night. We heard owls! So cool. Truly a hidden gem.

Stayed the weekend for a fishing tournament. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. I had forgot to pack a few things but no worries, they had everything I forgot. We couldn’t have been more happier with our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring the family or the guys again for a fishing trip. Guys, if the wives or girlfriends are coming on your fishing trip, they will love it as well. We parked two boats under the carport and was able to charge everything over night. Every time we fish Dale Hollow from now on, we will be staying here. Can’t wait to get back!!

This is a beautiful home. Very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay waiting for us when we arrived. Rachel is awesome! So helpful and accommodating to our unique situation. We will definitely be returning very soon. We make frequent trips to the area, and won’t need to look any further for a great place to stay.

Kettle creek was so peaceful and beautiful! Highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet getaway. Amy's home was very welcoming and very cozy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

This house was absolutely amazing!!! The garage was perfect for storing our boat trailer and truck. The included slip is a game changer. Made boating so much easier. Rachel is an excellent host and her communication was perfect!! We definitely hope to stay again in the future.

Great place to stay for any trips dale hallow related

This home is beautiful! Great game room, tons of extra games in cabinets for kids and adults, more than plenty of space for the 14 of us, very clean, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again! Hosts communicated very well and quick to respond when asked any questions. Highly recommend!
