The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!

Beautiful ocean front condo that was completely remodeled in August 2018. This 2 BR 2 BA condo has breathtaking unobstructed views of the sand, beach and ocean. You cannot get any closer to the beach than this unit. Paradise awaits you as you walk out on to the large wrap around balcony. The guest bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the beach.This condo is four blocks from the main strip which has all the restaurants and shopping that is located in Jacksonville Beach.

Two beautiful swimming pools, beach chairs and four clay tennis courts. Island has bike paths, 4 State parks, great restaurants, and shopping.

This is a great space for a 2 couples or family to share a hotel style condo nestled right in the center of the Island.
