I absolutely loved my time here! The place is set in a beautiful, spacious old Colombian building full of charm and character. Every corner has its own story, with antique touches that make the atmosphere feel cozy, authentic, and incredibly special. The views are simply breathtaking — I found myself constantly stopping just to take it all in. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out onto the balcony, there’s a sense of peace and beauty that surrounds you. I truly wish I could have stayed longer.

The apartment is compact and modern and is in a very central location, close to public transportation, restaurants, shops and clubs. The view from the fifth floor window is directly to the parking lot of the building opposite. As for the entry of guests and friends, it was necessary to go through a procedure that required sending George a photocopy of the ID for each person entering the building, which I found a bit tedious, although I did not need it because I preferred to meet them outside due to the preoccupation. George left a good impression on me as a positive and available person, although we did not meet face to face. Overall, he felt that the price was fair in relation to the consideration.

We enjoyed our stay in the Balcones de Jasmin building. It was a very cozy, small penthouse apartment with a nice balcony that overlooks the city. Convenient location for nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Laura was very attentive and I’d recommend the apartment for couplew and solo travelers.

Everything is perfect, the place is very comfortable, it has everything you need, a well-equipped kitchen and the location is very central.

We truly enjoyed our time at the apartment. Having 3 bathrooms was so awesome to speed up getting ready. The location is perfect. Unicentro is just a quick walk and lots to do around in the same vicinity. The recommended transportation, really worked out for transfers to and from the airport with a trusted person. We really appreciated the goodies that were available to us upon arrival, especially since my husband came down sick. This is a great safe place to stay!

The house is much better than the photos, it is beautiful the place, we loved sleeping close to the Magdalena river, the attention of Santiago, Esperanza and Claudia was excellent, it is a place worth repeating, the house is super cool and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Excellent house to rest as a family, very spacious social area spaces with enough furniture, alcoves in front of the pool, 3 bathrooms with shower and auxiliary bathroom, morning sun and already in the afternoon it does not give direct, something important for such a hot place, good pool, outdoor bbq area with grill , dishwasher, fridge and table for 8 people to use even at night under very cozy lamps. José is very attentive to everything we needed, every morning I did maintenance at the pool . The house is located in a residential neighborhood and has good food spots nearby, Maria Pastel our favorite! There are bakeries and supermarket nearby , very recursive the place. I highly recommend it.

Top notch apartment on top floor in a safe and clean gated complex. Sadly I could only stay one evening but if available would certainly return as it’s an excellent, well furnished and appointed unit.

We loved our experience at this place. Everything was very clean, organized, and well-equipped, with a cozy decor that made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and you could tell that great care was put into every detail. The location is ideal: close enough to everything, yet in a very quiet area perfect for resting. On top of that, the host was very attentive and always available to help us with any questions or recommendations. It was a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay. It seemed like a cost effective stay; with all the amenities you need to spend several days with amenities, feeling at home. There is a wide green area that is perfect for pets if you are traveling with any.

Everything super nice, the whole the apartment, furnished perfect.. But unfortunately for the weather if it is necessary to place heating in the house as it only has the main room and the rest is with a fan
