We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The decor was stunning and created such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The surroundings were peaceful and picturesque—perfect for relaxing. My husband and I stayed here right after our wedding, and it truly made for a memorable and special experience. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Our stay here was great! We enjoyed using the peddle boats and the canoe! As well as the hot tub! It is suitable for a single family as the home is quite small on the inside (we had 2 couples and 1 set of the couples has a teenage son so bunkbed situation was worked out) The house was extremely clean (coming from a house cleaner . Would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Puffin Perch for a mini staycation, and it was truly the perfect escape. Nestled in the quiet and charming town of Heart’s Content, the Airbnb offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that helped us completely unwind from our busy schedules. The interior of the home is beautifully designed, elegant, cozy, and equipped with smart appliances that made our stay extra comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows were a highlight, offering stunning views that brought the outdoors in. The weather was in our favour, which made everything even better, from morning coffee with a view to peaceful evening strolls in the lovely community. It was such a refreshing experience for both me and my wife, and we’re already planning to return, maybe for a longer stay next time! Highly recommend this gem of a place for anyone looking to recharge and relax.

I have been here several times. It has simply become one of mine and my husband’s favourite places to go and unwind. We will be back!

Beautiful views from the house! We enjoyed watching the boats and people hiking signal hill. Very quiet and peaceful while only taking about 10-15 minutes to get to downtown St. John’s! The parking was a bit tight and overwhelming but luckily the house is far back so we got used to it by the end of our stay.

Lovely home with lots of attention to detail! Very clean and well kept. We had 5 vehicles between 6 people which made parking a little challenging but JR was quick to offer some solutions when we messaged him. Would certainly stay here again.

Enjoyed our girls night in Maria's lovely saltbox home! It had character and history from years ago. The area was very quiet. Maria was very helpful and efficient in communicating.

Top 3 Airbnbs among the dozens we've stayed in across location, design, thoughtfulness, comfort, amenities to a point where we almost debated changing our flight to stay a day longer! the guide book they've created was the cherry on top!

I had the pleasure of staying at Kieley’s lovely Airbnb, just minutes from downtown St. John’s. A bus stop is conveniently located just steps away, making it an excellent choice for those without a car. The space is cozy and beautifully decorated with charming Newfoundland-inspired touches, creating a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. Kieley provides a helpful guidebook with great local recommendations, from top tourist spots to delicious restaurants and nearby places to pick up essentials. The home is well-equipped with everything you need to settle in, including Netflix to unwind after a day of exploring. There’s also a private outdoor seating area that’s perfect for enjoying the sunshine. This Airbnb truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. John’s—you’ll be well taken care of and have an unforgettable stay!

I've been using the air bnb app and staying at Airbnb's for a long time, and I have to say that Peggy and her beautiful inlaw suit apartment were nothing short of amazing!!! 5 stars across the board! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From booking last minute and having a late check in, from arriving on a midnight flight into St. John's. To having car rental issues, the next day with no where to go for a couple of hours, I wasn't having such a great day, but Peggy was very accommodating and understanding of my situation and offed me a late checkout time to help me out. I highly recommend booking with Peggy if you're in the St. John's area and need somewhere to stay that's clean, quiet and cozy with the sweetest host! also, did I mention a great price! I will definitely book a stay at Peggys place again in the future if I am in need of a place to stay in the St. John's area! 🙂

The rooms were perfect for us. It was one of our best vacations yet. The wonderful people, cultural events, amazing vistas, wildlife, icebergs and Canadian history were fascinating. The cozy atmosphere and ease of staying in a basement suite made us feel right at home😍

Pat’s space was awesome for our 3 night stay. Close to downtown (walkable if we wanted- but we didn’t) out of the hub-ub of downtown- nice residential area. Appreciated the loan of lobster cracking tools for our meal of lobster at “home”. Liked that we had dedicated parking spot. Nice to have an in person chat with Pat and Bill. We would definitely recommend this space to others. Clean, spacious and nice and bright and even had an outside space we could use.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Check-In in der Nacht hat super geklappt. Auf Nachfrage hat Tracy uns sogar an den Strand gefahren und wir hatten lustige Gespräche. Wir werden Ende Juli nochmal kommen!

Loris’s 2 bedroom apartment was a great place to stay! We felt right at home the minute we arrived. It was very roomy and the furniture was quite comfortable. If we ever find ourselves back in St. John’s, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This was the first and last stop of our trip, and it was so nice to return to a welcoming, familiar place. The host is very sweet, and we had everything we needed. Quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located near trails and the city. It was the ideal way to start and end our Newfoundland adventure.

Such a cute spot with an amazing view! Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Elaine gave us great recommendations for places to go. Highly recommend Fork restaurant! Would stay here again, hopefully longer next time!
