My 2nd time here and I love everything about this home and the story about how it remains in the family still,that makes it even more inviting!

Felt like home didn’t want to leave. Love the views and peaceful atmosphere. My recommendation would be to have an air fryer in kitchen but all in all I loved the fact there was multiple choice for coffee and hot chocolate for the Keurig. Bathrooms were clean and stocked as the Landry room was as well. Bedrooms where clean bed was comfortable. Would definitely come here again and have recommended others to check her home out. Thank you for allowing us to stay I. Your home. ☺️

We take a family vacation every year and this was our favorite place we've stayed. Everything about it was perfect for us. Secluded but two minutes from everything. The house was beautiful and clean; lots of room for everyone. The basement was perfect for the kids. I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a stay this was. The host was great, too!

Absolutely beautiful home and the view is breathtaking. Our son enjoyed the outdoor game and we all enjoyed the hot tub. I would stay here every single time we are in the area. Thank you for hosting our family.

Linda’s home is a peaceful retreat with top notch amenities. We would love to come again. The hot tub, swimming pool, and outdoor areas are comfortable with ample seating and shelter with shade if desired. The host was warm and fast with any responses to my inquiries. The space has comfortable seating, a comfortable bed and is more than adequately equipped for about anything. Great forethought and love clearly have gone into this serene home.

Another perfect family gathering at this beautiful home on the golf course! We have created so many memories here! This house is perfect to accommodate our family. We cook and grill - everything you could possibly need is there for you. We play cards and games in the sunroom. We eat big meals, listen to music, watch football and movies. We play golf. We enjoy the shops in town. I sit and watch the water and reflect on the blessings of life. It is just perfect. The most responsive host. The comfiest beds and pillows. Clean, well appointed and a true gift for this house to be offered to be enjoyed by others.

We enjoyed a sublime weekend at Morgan's place! The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen is a nice size and has most anything you might need. There are front and back decks, with lots of places to spend time outside enjoying the hilltop views. There's a big gas grill and a firepit with comfortable seating and plenty of firewood. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room areas, so it's a great place to cook with friends. The location is easy to find, just a few miles outside Eminence, and is super-convenient to Alley Spring and the Jack's Fork. Morgan is a great communicator and immediately took care of our request for more dishwasher pods. When we visit Eminence again, this is where we plan to stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It's a very peaceful location and right next to the Diamond Lake boat dock. The grocery store is less than 10 minutes away and has most anything you may need.

We absolutely loved it here! The house was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was so much more than what we saw in pictures and just absolutely perfect! We loved the peacefulness on the deck and our kids loved swimming in the lake in our free time. If you choose to stay here you won’t be disappointed at all❤️

This cabin is truly a home away from home. We used it to gather our entire family for my parents 50th anniversary and i can not speak enough good things about the stay! It is beautiful, great layout for families, plenty to do in the area. Suzann is very friendly and informative - she can take a few hours to respond so try and get all your recommendations from her BEFORE your trip so you don’t miss them like we did lol but the cabin is such a great bargain and wonderful place to stay. It’s just a gorgeous gorgeous home.

Steven and his wife were great host! Everything was beautiful, updated, and had clear instructions for hottub, and what they expected. Very friendly and welcoming. They are willing to make your stay unforgettable, and help in any way they can! Will definitely book again when we come back to Missouri! It was the perfect get a way!

Andrea and Matt’s place was phenomenal! We felt right at home and she was very happy to help with questions. The view was breathtaking and close to the marina, which we loved! I would highly recommend to anyone!

What a great stay for 3 couples. We visit Cotter every May to fish and this place is by far the best Airbnb we have found. Being new, everything is clean and up to date. Well designed and well appointed. Located right on the river was a big plus for us. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom. It's a pricey place but great value for what you get, especially shared 3 ways. Can't wait to book again next May.

Really enjoyed my stay at Callie’s place. Very comfortable & clean & perfect location. My fishing guide was able to pick me up at the dock each morning!

This was truly the best Airbnb I've been too, it's such a fun home with so much color and creativity. Not only is the house and the wrap porch lovely, but the surrounding area with beautiful scenery was so amazing and fun to explore!!!

It was a nice house with enough room for our extended family to be comfortable. It had two big tvs for relaxing in the evening. It also has a bbq grill although we didn't use it, along with a fire pit. Towels/washcloths are provided. I was confused a little on the check-out procedure because the airbnb site stated fewer details than the text msgs from the owner, and we didn't figure that out until we were on the road after leaving(The airbnb email stated to put the used bedding in a pile on the floor, where HER message stated to put it in the laundry basket--we felt bad that we didn't do it correctly because of two differnent things suggested). When we got there, someone had left a styrofoam take-out box with old food covered with ants on the top of the refrigerator, but we threw it away so no biggie. There were also many condiments left from other folks in the fridge which could be a good thing. Very pleasant stay and a great location!

Mary’s place was great and exactly what we needed. Her attention to detail and home decor was fabulous. Her place was super clean and smelt so good! The location of Mary’s place was great too. On a very quiet street but right in town and less than a couple miles from anything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and without hesitation would book this place again.

The house is amazing and so close to everything in Hardy!! Highly recommend stay at this house!!

The Pender Place is the cutest and coziest house! Only about 30 minutes from Rocky Falls. Debbie is the perfect host and I will be staying again!

Great stay at Hector’s place! The house was very clean and comfortable. Had everything needed and was as described. Would stay again if given an opportunity.

We threw a surprise party! I was going to be one of the last ones to arrived and she worked with me during check in! She gave externally clear instructions on where everything is and her house expectations! She has snack, hygiene, and everything we needed! The price is good for the amount of people that can stay! I will definitely be coming back!
