Let me start by saying that Magic left no stones unturned. Each and every picture that was online to represent this property was exactly what we encountered when we arrived. The rooms were spotless and everything was WONDERFUL. The entire home was immaculate. As advertised the home has some wear but nothing that you wouldnt expect in a hotel or even in your own home. Oh...and the SHOWERS...water pressure and size was captivating. Magic as a host is very attentive to your needs and an all around great business man. It is almost like he is waiting for you to need him. His response time is bar none and he ALWAYS has an answer. We cannot say enough about the HOST, home and the amenities. When I can travel with my 82 year old mother and spend 2 weeks in an air bnb without ANY complaints, only praise...that speaks VOLUMES! Magic, you did your BIG one with this property! If you are in the market for an air bnb in the Columbus, GA area check this one out!

Such a great find in Columbus! Was in town for about 3 months for work and happened to find this home was available. At first glance, I thought that there must be some catch due to the extremely fair price and size/location of the property. No catch! My stay was wonderful, the home has everything you need and then some, the neighborhood is quiet and close to anything you could need in town. When I needed to leave early, Chris worked with me to adjust the stay and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for individuals on a long-term stay (this whole house is less per month than what you’d pay for a single apartment!) or for small groups visiting the area.

We stayed here for a few days visiting our soldier. It was very clean and smelled amazing. It’s fairly close to base. Finding restaurants and places to go was fairly easy. Nothing was too far from us. It’s a lovely home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe there, which was extremely important to us as we had a little one with us. They responded quickly whenever we had a questions. We would most definitely stay here again.

My family and I were in town for my nieces high school graduation! The house was perfect for the amount of people we had! We had 4 adults and 2 children. Ashley was quick to respond to us with any questions we had and we really appreciated it. Overall our stay was great! The mattresses and the sheets were very nice and comfy and the house was very spacious and inviting for our family!

The house was perfect… clean and close enough to the base. Perfect stay and will try to stay here again if I need to come back to Fort Benning.

My family flew out from Arizona to see our Army son’s “Turning Green” ceremony. Olivia was great with communication & very helpful with all my questions & needs. The cottage was adorable & welcoming, we all enjoyed our time together in her beautiful home. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our at The Cozy House in the City! Michelle was a great host and responded promptly each time on the Airbnb messaging. The host left coffee, snacks, and even a fresh box of doughnuts, which made my kids happy. It was a nice clean house and quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Loved every second of our stay for my son’s turning green ceremony. It was clean and well decorated and so comfortable. The backyard was private and beautiful. Perfect place to relax for the weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to come back! 5 stars all around. Cynthia was the best!

I stayed here for 3 nights while attending my husband's Turning Green ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very welcoming. After long days on base, it was such a relief to come back to a peaceful and comfortable place. The host clearly puts a lot of care into maintaining the property, and it made a meaningful trip even more special. I truly appreciate the experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely, historic home in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is superb. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail are an easy walk from the house. One criticism—the house is a duplex and if both sides are rented it can be loud. In my opinion, the need to be mindful of noise should be made more emphatically in the notes sent to renters.

This apartment is an absolute gem! You feel like you've stepped right out of Southern Living. Pristine accommodations. The beauty of the historic carriage house has been preserved with high quality appointments and modern luxury. It's absolutely lovely. And, it's convenient / walkable to local restaurants, the river walk, and businesses. Absolutely fantastic!
