T this rental was phenomenal. Super comfortable, super clean and the host was amazing.

This home was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay for a much needed break for my husband and I. We were able to have a comfortable base from which we had several adventures while staying in Idaho. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family. We woke each morning to the sounds of the creek and singing birds and returned each evening to evening sounds of the trees and creek. The many windows/glass doors gave the feeling of the outside being part of the living space. Amanda is very friendly, helpful and responded almost immediately (within an hour), when we reached out. This home is definitely a gem in the Gem State!

We stayed for 1 week, mid-November on a hunting trip. Very easy place to find and park at (I had a trailer with me). The home is clean and warm (except the upstairs was quite chilly as the temps got to 3 degrees overnight). Not a major problem though. We would absolutely stay here again. It has everything you need. Thank you!

Beautiful, quality home and location! Our family was very comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Everything was clean and the kitchen stocked with things that you might need for cooking. There was a fun game room in the garage. Gorgeous view from the porch! We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Awesome spot with breathtaking scenery. When we’d come back to rest after spending most of the day around exploring, I would sit on the couch and just stare out the window in awe.

The location was the best part. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean, and everything worked fine. The house is a little out dated (carpet, older kitchen, windows, decks) and has a pretty small living/dining room. There is only one shower, and the hot water is limited (for 5 people trying to get ready for an event). Overall, I expected a little more for the price, but we enjoyed our time there.

Great stay for 3 people! We loved the location- it was easy to walk everywhere. The amenities pass was awesome- we loved the outdoor pool. Good value- would stay again

Everything was so nice. Location was great for us. Eiron was always helpful if we needed anything. Very enjoyable!

Perfect for our needs of 2 people and exactly as pictured. Small space was utilized efficiently and there were many hooks to be able to hang/organize items. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The building itself was quiet and neighbors respectful and friendly. We utilized the bed and pull out bed in the couch. Both were comfortable. it was a great launch pad for our Ketchum and Sun Valley plans.

This was a cozy and comfortable property. The host was very responsive and helpful and there were lots of little thoughtful amenities in the unit. It was nice having access to Netflix and Amazon, and we loved all of the hooks handy spaces for tucking our things. The location is great and very convenient to downtown Ketchum. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you!

Excellent stay at a great place. Just as pictured and described. About a 6 minute walk to the gondola so very easy access for Sun Valley. Would definitely stay at again.

Perfect space for our trip. It wasn’t fancy but Dave’s place had everything we needed. Clean and convenient. Easy walk to downtown. Although it was a little further than some people might think was okay, we walked to River Run base everyday. They do have a bus stop nearby, but walking was fine for us. One of my favorite features was the water pressure in the shower, it was great! We would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Sun Valley

This place is very nicely decorated and all new. The whole place was very clean. The bed is really comfortable and the bed sheets are really soft, awesome quality. Cathy and her son Joseph are extremely nice and quick to answer any questions you may have and to make your stay the best experience in their place.

Enjoyed our stay! Clean, quiet and located in a great spot at the edge of town. Loved walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as the river trails. Brett was super responsive and we would definitely book again, thanks!

We did a lasts minute get-away following a wedding. Shane was very responsive to our questions and allowed us an earlier check in. Their place was nestled among the tress with easy access to hiking, shopping, and eating.

We came up to Ketchum to go mountain biking and enjoy good food. Matthew's place was perfect for both. Easy access to trails and restaurants. Cool & cozyl little place.

Beautiful condo right in the heart of Sun Valley. It was an easy 5 min drive to Baldy to go skiing, and also an easy bus ride if you prefer public transit. Absolutely loved the space, the Murphy bed was very nice to have. Great amount of space & the hot tub at Sun Valley Inn was a fun bonus.

Beautiful, well stocked and comfortable place. Lauren was quick to respond to questions. The pool was clean and comfortable. Loved walking to town.

Great modernized apartment with good access to local ski areas. Bri was very responsive and ensured we have everything we needed for our stay.

Wow! One of my favorite stays ever! Parking is so close to the door so it makes unloading a piece of cake. The bed is super comfortable and there are black out curtains to keep it dark. The backyard is such a bonus, a private little neighborhood pond—perfect for morning breakfast on the back porch. Being able to have access to the pools was an unexpected but amazing touch! Would happily stay again!

Although a little dated, the spaces were well appointed, well maintained, and functional. Baseboard heaters, lights, and all kitchen equipment worked great. Mindy's communication was exceptional! We plan to stay at this condo again in the future.

Place was nice, roomy, space arranged well and was quiet There were nice amenities with comfortable couches, nice TV, kitchen, as well as very helpful stuff for a baby—high chair, pack and play.
