Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

We had a fabulous stay at Vicki and Brett’s place. A great place for a family get together. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and BBQ area was well used in the hot weather. Would highly recommend 😊

We had an incredible weekend at this property! Comfortable beds, plenty of space to spread out, and a great common area for meals, games, and laughs. The location was ideal — close to golf courses, restaurants, and anything else we needed. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making check-in a breeze and the whole stay stress-free. Special shout-out to the deck and barbecue area — perfect for unwinding after a day in Merimbula. Can’t recommend this place enough for groups or families looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Would absolutely come back again!

Our stay at Walker’s was perfect. Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and enough lovely room for two teenagers to have their own space. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the sea and the gentle sea breeze though the windows. Unbelievable location right across from the main beach and a short walk to the heavenly Pambula river mouth. Great tips from Colleen on places to eat and drink. Did not want to leave this place!

Beautiful and peaceful accommodation with fantastic view and surroundings. House is beautifully decorated. Amazing kitchen with view. Linen, bedding was all top quality. House has 2 beautiful bathrooms (one of them ensuite). Both had bathtubs with fantastic view to outdoors. Good size swimming pool. Laundry with 2 washing machine and dryer. Kayleigh and Angel provided clear instructions to access property and were quick with the response to our questions. We enjoyed staying in the house and would definitely recommend.

A really beautiful spot - if you’re after a very private spot but with all the amenities you need and only a sort drive to shops etc this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely sanctuary on the river.

Karen was super responsive and I also met her husband and dog who were friendly and helpfully brought us beach towels. It’s close to a beautiful beach, feels new and clean and the kids loved having a pool. Kitchen had all we needed and bed was comfy. Thanks Karen!

Great place. Awesome to be able to wash our bikes and store them securely. The house had all we needed and easy walking distance to the beach and IGA. Pat was extremely helpful with information!

We had an incredible long weekend at Buru. Colin was an exceptional host. I cannot imagine a more peaceful setting. And all of the extras of a fire pit, bocci ball, showers from the beach, that coffee maker (!) were greatly appreciated. I wish I were still on the back patio, gazing at the ocean with coffee in hand.

This place surpassed our expectations for a girls weekend in a location we hadn’t explored before. This place was so cozy and the beds and linens were amazing. We had a fantastic time sitting by the fire and relaxing. Couldn’t recommend more for a couple of friends or a couples weekend. Look forward to returning with Hubby and enjoying this house and region again. Thanks for such a providing a really comfy, warm eclectic experience.

Tarquin and Danie'l are lovely hosts who made us feel at home in their beautiful historic house. They have made it very comfortable with well chosen rugs and linen, and lots of little details that makes a holiday stay feel like staying at a friend's house. Local products and produce gave a sense of being part of the Tilba community, and they gave us local recommendations for walks and cafes. As they live next door they manage the perfect balance of interested host, whilst giving privacy. I thoroughly recommend staying with them in Tilba.

Great place for my wife, 2 young kids and I to stay for the night while we were travelling through Tathra. Really cute little town.

Me and my friends had a great weekend and excellent accomodation. Easy drive to town and very private. We didn’t have cook at all but I would like to comment on a well supplied kitchen. Both lounges are comfortable and cozy. Outdoor areas are great. Rooms and beds are comfortable. A great place to stay and surely will be back here. Thank you Tony and Rachel. ✅

The perfect spot to spend a birthday weekend by the cosy fire! Lauren’s place has everything we needed and more. Great location, perfectly situated close to a dog beach where we walked every morning with our coffees and watched the sea eagles and seals bask in the sun while our dog Rue enjoyed exploring the beach. Great little bush trails right outside the front door without having time get in the car. Lauren’s place was clean and beautifully styled for a lovely weekend away. We hope to be back!

What’s not to love about the Akoelady? It’s an absolutely stunning home, perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The house is both cozy and tastefully decorated. We spent our days lounging at the house, kayaking on the lake, and exploring the nearby beaches. Sally thought of everything — the fridge and pantry were well-stocked and there were plenty of games to keep the kids entertained. I enjoyed 3 peaceful mornings sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee, watching the serene lake — it was pure bliss. At first, we were concerned about not having a TV to keep the kids busy, but we ended up spending so much quality time together, whether playing games, relaxing on the deck, or by the lake. It was an experience we’ll cherish. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to every year! Thank you, Sally, for your patience in answering all my questions and for providing us with such a beautiful and unforgettable weekend. :)

Wow! Lisa's place was spectacular, and we felt lucky to have found this place for our stay in the area. The large balcony provides a quiet and peaceful place to admire the fantastic views and sounds of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. Inside was lovely and clean and comfortable. We loved that you can either relax by the TV or sit by the full-length windows with a coffee or wine and admire the views from indoors. The area is fabulous for beaches and walks and only a short drive into Narooma. Lisa was a fantastic host, and we can't thank her enough for her generosity during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it was perfect getaway for us and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. Claire and Robyn’s place is private and peaceful with easily enough room for 7 guests and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best thing about their place is the view. We watched dolphins and seals surfing waves right from the deck, the full moon sparkle over the water and the sunrise from bed. Thanks for another magical visit. Can’t wait to come back.

Sonya was absolutely amazing to deal with and her place was immaculate, the house was so spotless and high quality finishes. The bed linen was so cozy and the bath towels were very good quality. she was sooo hospitable and really catered for all types of family's whether your a small family or large one like ours. All toiletries were well equipped and all kitchen appliances from China wear to baby chair she had. Me and my family really felt at home. Thank you Sonya and we would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a cozy bushland escape but with all the amenities close by

Shelter at Malua Bay was everything we were looking for after a tiring term. The beautiful bay was literally in our backyard. The views from the expansive deck were amazing and we delighted in swimming in the cool water and hunting for pretty shells. Every night we were lulled to peaceful slumber by the sounds of the crashing waves. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare our daily meals. A wonderful stay, we will be back!
