Resort holiday rentals in Cyclades

Xenon Estate is spectacular. At the top of a hill (you do need a moped, quad or e-bike) with a stunning view, gorgeous lovingly manicured grounds (best we saw on the island), and pool. Alex and Harmeet (who, with his wife, manages the property) were incredibly helpful and we needed that help! I neglected to reserve seats on the ferry from Piraeus to Spetses — oops! —and Alex saved the day by arranging a last minute taxi from Athens Airport to Kosta and then a water taxi to the island. Phew! When we arrived at the house the kitchen was fully stocked for breakfast (eggs, bacon, breas, cheese, turkey, butter, coffee, milk, water) — remarkable kindness. And then Harmeet helped us secure a quad on a busy holiday weekend when all rental shops were empty. He also helped us get dinner reservations for three nights and arrange a car to deliver our luggage to the ferry. All in all the kind of service a guest could dream of. We are so appreciative of Xenon Estate and the team there — thanks!

We stayed at Dimitris's for a week and had an amazing experience. The house has an amazing sea and mountain view and it's 5 minutes away from the beach. You can expect a quiet and peaceful atmosphere with a lovely barbecue and spacous balcony. The house does not have air-conditioning, but the sea breeze creates enough draft to cool down the house during the day. There are fans to cool the rooms at night, but it is still a little warmer than preferrable. Overall the house was great for the price and we would love to come back.

Great accommodation, located close to port for an easy walk from ferry. also had plenty of options for restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Fantastic stay overall.

Our stay in Milos was amazing due to the perfect location of Georgias room. A short walk distance to mini market, bus stop and restaurants. It included everything we needed and it was perfect to enjoy breakfast on the terrace with the morning sun. We would definitely book Georgias room again if we come back to beautiful Milos!

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we have a great treatment from our stay. We highly recommend this place.
