The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Our guest house is the perfect place to unwind & relax in a modern, stylish & comfortable studio after exploring what our beautiful Island has to offer. You will be staying on the same property as our own private home but with our rural location and paddock views we feel as if you will have your own privacy. We are located approx. 45 min drive from the ferry terminal in Penneshaw, 5 min drive from the Islands main town of Kingscote & 15 min drive from beautiful swimming/driving beach at Emu Bay.

‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

The rooms are minimally furnished, with beautifully crafted handmade reclaimed wood furniture offset with bright ethnic fabrics and rugs sourced from around the world!

Yoho House is a luxurious and secluded farm house surrounded by spring fed creeks at Delamere; along South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula. Yoho House is the perfect country getaway. Take in stunning views of the creeks and trees from the cosy couch while being warmed by the wood fireplace, soak away the hours in the deep bath, cook a hearty meal in our full sized kitchen, enjoy a picnic under the giant Elm tree, or enjoy the afternoon sun while listening to the creeks. Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.
